Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order for the entire stay, so we had to climb stairs to the 4th floor (65 steps), including luggage on arrival and departure. Very exhausting! I had booked the apartment partly because of the elevator. In the apartment, the curtains could not be moved in sunlight and darkness, and were partially torn. An instruction manual for opening the terrace door as well as for operating the television would have been useful, as many remote controls were in the apartment. There, even the beautiful view could not make up for everything!

Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive review. The vacation rental was not properly cleaned, the dishes and cutlery were dirty and sticky. We first had to wash what we wanted to use, the large pot was missing its lid. There were still crumbs on the sofas, a used kitchen paper towel was stuck between the wall and the right sofa, the curtains were torn, the covering on the balcony was missing (which didn't bother us much in the winter weather), the lamps in the bathroom on the wall next to the heater were defective. The right bed creaked so loudly that every turn/movement at night was very disturbing. The bathroom should also be cleaned between the shower and the vanity cabinet. Photos of the negative review are available. Only the location and the view cannot be advertised; today's customer/traveler expects better. The service was good; we were allowed to check into the apartment 1 hour earlier - but if it could not be cleaned thoroughly because of this, one expects corresponding information. We would have agreed to that as well. But the apartment did not give the impression of being regularly cleaned and obvious deficiencies being addressed. Too bad...
