As described in the description, the bridge deck is only recommended for guests who are physically fit. The very steep stairs to the property and some tripping hazards and tight conditions limit the rental. The cleanliness of the property is definitely improvable. We took matters into our own hands regarding cleanliness, and we enjoyed it very much again. New Year's Eve 2026 is already booked in the front deck. Until then, have a nice time, best regards, the Peinemann family!

For one or even two people - perfect! Quietly located, flooded with light, and completely sufficient for someone who wants to explore the Darß and is looking for a small, cozy home for the night. I have been there twice and will come back.

The apartment was well equipped. The stairs at the entrance, as described, were very steep, but manageable for us. The pillows urgently needed to be replaced! Parking for 3 cars was very questionable? Despite minor flaws, we would book this apartment again.

We felt very comfortable for 12 days! Everything you need is there. (In the mini bathroom, I would add a shelf under the mirror and a holder in the shower for shower gel and such, well, you know how it is with women.) The Baltic Sea look in the apartment is great. Waking up in the morning and looking at a large ship sail, top! The small terrace is very nice! Close to the beach, shopping around the corner, and the bakery in a few seconds. In the center of Zingst in just a few steps. We will come back, definitely. The contact with the owner was also great, responded immediately because something was defective. Resolved within a few hours, top-notch.
