Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Lage. Alles soweit in Ordnung, nur das Insektenschutz- Rollo im Dachgeschoss ist seit Jahren defekt und bietet keinen optimalen Mückenschutz mehr.

Mega location in Zingst! 150-200 m to the beach & about 400-500 m to the center (so not too loud in the evenings/nights). Unfortunately, the holiday home fell significantly short of our expectations in terms of equipment and condition. The house had some scratches on the walls, floor tiles were damaged, the dishwasher smelled bad, the fly screens on the windows were partially defective and had been attempted to be repaired with tape... Then there was a socket in the "children's room" that was half out of the wall box and could not be fixed, the toilet brush on the ground floor had seen better days, the Wi-Fi was a disaster, and the advertised (electric) grill had been outside for days, if not weeks, and was no longer usable. We would not book the house again at that price.
