The holiday apartments are located in a newly built house completed in 2010, directly in the village on a property covering over 3000 sqm which can be used without restriction.
A jetty with rowboat on the nearby lake can be rented. Schwarz is located in the Müritz region, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and is a beautifully situated village on Schwarzer See with swimming, fishing, hiking opportunities, and much more.
Centrally located between Berlin and the Baltic Sea for various excursion possibilities.

Wonderful Men's Day weekend.
Our men's day trip in 2023 took us to Schwarz. We were already thrilled upon arrival. The vacation apartments are great. On the new terrace, you can enjoy the sunset. Whether you want to swim, hike or cycle, it is a beautiful area. The Hoffmann family are very friendly hosts. Thank you for the beautiful days.

Super great holidays
Top holiday flat, quiet location, large garden, a paradise for children. Super friendly landlord, no wishes or questions left unanswered. We were certainly not there the last time. Can only recommend it to everyone. A small downer is the steep stairs in the house, but since there is a bedroom in the lower area for people with stair difficulties, this is not a problem. A car is necessary to explore the countryside and sights. Dear family Hoffmann, thank you for the wonderful stay in your cute holiday flat.
