In der Küche waren viel zu wenig Gläser. Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss eignet sich maximal für zwei kleine Kinder, nicht für Erwachsene. Dort fehlt auch das Fliegenschutzgitter im Fenster, was gerade bei hohen Temperaturen im Dachgeschoss sehr unangenehm ist.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in der Unterkunft, man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Zingst ist ein sehr hundefreundlicher Ort, wir kommen gern wieder!

The house was perfect for 6 people and two large dogs. Everything was available in the kitchen. The location is on a quiet side street, and it takes 5 minutes on foot to Edeka, 10 minutes to the harbor, and about 7 minutes to the beginning of the pedestrian zone. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to the dog beach. There was even a small welcome package for the dogs.

We had a few very nice, quiet days in Zingst. The house was very clean, perfectly divided for 2 families, and super centrally located. Nice that we could also bring our dog. Until next time.

The apartment pleased us very much. The location regarding shopping options, bike rentals, and gastronomy was great. We found the location of the terrace facing the street a bit unusual for us.

The only thing we didn't like was the gap towards the street, since we had a dog with us, we always had to keep him on a leash. He kept running away through the large gaps in the fence when other dogs passed by. The privacy screen is too open in the areas between the bushes and the slats. Regards, the Rosenau family.

We felt quite comfortable, although a few small notes/comments. For 6 people, the house is completely fine; I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for more. For persons 7 and 8, there is a pull-out sofa in the attic. Not very nice for sleeping. Unfortunately, the pillows and some blankets are not so nice anymore; it would be good to replace them with new ones. Due to the time and the fabric on the sofa in the living room, these already show signs of wear; perhaps they could be deep cleaned. The seat cushions on the chairs are no longer all secured. These are just normal signs of use. These are just suggestions for what could be improved. Given the location, we are a bit spoiled; the house is very close to a residential area street. However, with the dense development in Zingst, it is hardly possible to do otherwise. We felt quite comfortable. The location is top in that respect; you can reach everything super quickly. Whether shopping, bakery, city center, restaurant, or the beach. Everything worked great with the service on site, and cleanliness was good. Thank you very much for the nice stay. Best regards, K. A complete worry-free package. The house is truly recommended, everything is clean and all essentials are available. The location was perfect, no matter which direction you went, very centrally located. The only downside was the sofa bed in the upper room; it was way too hard for sleeping, and improvements should be made, possibly with softer padding, etc., otherwise there will be serious back problems after just two days. We will definitely come back, we were all totally thrilled!!

* Privacy screen towards the street is insufficient. One sits like on a display stand. * A baking dish would still be desirable in the kitchen. * The shower drain on the upper floor was so clogged that the water did not drain and flowed into the bathroom area. I cleaned it myself and cleared the drain blocked by hair. After that, it was fine again. It should be checked and cleaned more often.

We really enjoyed it. The accommodation was very nicely furnished and well equipped. We can recommend it with a clear conscience. Two suggestions for improvement: Wi-Fi in the upper rooms was too weak, key reception with long waiting could be improved.

Hello, thank you very much for the wonderful vacation. I would love to come back. The location was fantastic. Everyone was very nice. Regarding the equipment, I would have wished for a small shovel with a dustpan, an intact sauna ladle, and the red living room furnishings could be renewed. The cleanliness could still be improved with the cutting tools and spice racks. The roller blind in the kitchen could also be replaced. There is a risk of slipping in the showers. But thank you very much for the quick maintenance service. Picking up from the bus would be another service option, whether frail or not. Otherwise, I can recommend the accommodation further. We felt very comfortable, everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. What is not so nice is the terrace, you practically sit right on the well-traveled street, everyone looks through the holes in the fence or the non-existent hedge. Especially after the sauna, dressed only in a towel, that's not so great. The location for the grill/fireplace should be on the other side of the house, the smoke goes directly into the neighbor's windows and there is conflict, also there is no sun at the current location of the terrace. The bedrooms urgently need a coat of paint, there are many stains and scraped wallpaper. We would be happy to come back, but not in the summer, the open seating area on the terrace is a big drawback for us.
