All employees were very friendly and helped quickly and easily! Unfortunately, there were a few things about the accommodation that were not serious but still somewhat annoying. For example, there was no bath mat, which led to exciting sliding experiences in the bathroom. There was no good way to properly darken the windows because the light from the street lamp shone directly in at night. The mattress in the double bed was also not intended for people with a significant weight difference. Furthermore, one lamp was defective and the coat hook came off. Despite the lack of a kitchen, we would have appreciated a kettle or a microwave. We understand that one has to make some compromises with such an inexpensive accommodation. Unfortunately, there were a few too many here.
