Enjoy the proximity to the sea. Our cottage Villa l'Horizon is located in Ste. Marie la Mer, located on the Mediterranean coast between Narbonne and Perpignan, framed by the Pyrenees and the Corbieres. From the front of the house you have a fantastic sea view, the beach is only about 20 meters from the house.
MAIN APARTMENT
The house has a main house with about 50 m², equipped with a double bedroom, a room with four Sleeps, living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet for max. 6 persons.
ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS
Furthermore, two separate studio apartments (approximately 12 and 14 m²) with one double bed for two persons, kitchenette, washbasin negotiable
-in Addition to MAIN APARTMENT RENTED (see separate cost).
The basement also has a shower and a separate toilet for the one bedroom apartments.
The holiday home has a cozy garden with a secluded seating area and fireplace grill. The garden is enclosed completely opaque and therefore has ideal to spend a holiday with dog.

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage l'Horizon is located in the second row by the sea. The beach is accessible via a small path. The kilometer-long beach promenade begins a few meters away from the house and invites you to stroll. In the summer months, various activities will be held along the beach promenade, such as night bazaars, dances or children's entertainment programs.
There are shopping opportunities during the summer months on the beach and in the small shops in the immediate vicinity. In the surrounding villages you will also find large supermarkets. The region around Perpignan offers numerous recreational opportunities for all ages and with more than 300 sunny days a year of the sunniest regions in the entire Mediterranean. A dream of many summer vacationers are more than 40 kilometers of sandy beaches and the contrast varied steep coastlines in the region.
The recreational options ranging from sporting activities such as surfing, water skiing, jet skiing, diving, sailing, tennis, karting, Inlinen, biking, mini golf, horseback riding, hiking or swimming into Aquadrom about disco and casino trips to Canet Plage or Le Barcarés to various destinations, such as the Cathar castles, caves, picturesque mountain villages, wineries and more. Even a trip to Spain come to mind, Barcelona can be reached in about 2 hours. Worth a visit is also the Dalí Museum in Figueras.
Fruit and vegetables are grown Due to the mild climate and fertile soil in many places that up to five can be harvested twice a year sometimes. Especially popular are the delicious cherries that can be picked in March around Perpignan and be sent to all parts of Europe. should be made at one of the many wine producers in the region in resort in any case a wine tasting. Very nice location and good facilities
The house is very well equipped, and everything worked well. The location is ideal for a beach vacation. The only drawback - the house and the furnishings were in a dirty condition when we arrived, and the mattresses smelled musty. We kindly pointed this out to the landlord after our departure, but unfortunately, they did not respond.

Anytime again.
We have already stayed in various holiday homes in Ste Marie la Mer and the surrounding area. Now we have been in Villa l'Horizon for the 6th time in a row and love this house. We are thrilled. The house and the garden are a dream. In addition to the proximity to the beach, we also liked the loving furnishings very much. We will come back and are already looking forward to 2019.
