There is currently no WiFi available. However, this is planned to be provided via Starlink in May 26, but this is not guaranteed yet. Recently, a 5G connection is often available. For example, there is FreeWifi at the tourist information office.
Arrival is usually on Saturdays, deviations possible by arrangement.

1 week in high season July/August approx. €1400 plus cleaning €75 and tourist tax 7.2% of the rental price.

Sainte Marie is a quiet, yet lively family-friendly holiday destination during the summer months.
During the summer, you can shop everywhere and every day. About 1.5 km away, there has been an Aldi since 2023.
Large selection of supermarkets also in Canet and Perpignan. In Sainte-Marie Village, there are bakeries, butchers, wine shops, vegetables, post office, bank, and across from the pharmacy are three doctors in the "Centre Médical".
On Saturdays, there is a small market in the village. On the beach promenade in July/August, there is a market three times in the morning and three times at night.
Nearby are the surfing centers Port-Barcares/Leucate as well as diving and sailing schools. The area around Sainte-Marie (Corbières, Pyrenees) is excellent for cycling and hiking trips. The cultural offerings are very extensive in summer (concerts, museums, castles, fortresses). Spain is also just a stone's throw away (approx. 30 km). Perpignan: "Palace des Rois de Majorque", cafes and markets.
