Description
The house has a double, triple bedroom and a mezzanine with double sofa bed. The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, washing machine and a kitchen-fridge combination. A TV with German and international programmes is available. Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and a large market umbrella make the terrace a cosy place.
The toilet and the bathroom with shower are separate and equipped with thermo or single lever fittings.

The house is placed Lanquedoc Rousillon ,ville Le Barcares within a private area, front of the sea. West of it there are the Pyrineaen Mountais which invites you to be explored .Same as many historic and naturel monuments. Spain is abaout 1 hour,andorra about 2,5 hours fa by car.
Shops,restaurants ,market places ,surf scool ,climbing park are nearby or 10 minutes by car.
There´s a pool within our residence which is open 15.6.-15.9.

The access to the complex is through a rolling gate with remote control and a separate pedestrian door with code. The pool is open from 15.6-15.9 and is cleaned daily.

Very nice location
These vacation rentals were occupied by 4 adults. The house is located a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach. There is a well-walkable path directly behind the house that leads to the sea. The pool is also only a few meters from the house and is very well maintained and clean. The apartment is very spacious and particularly suitable for a family. We were also very satisfied with the entire furnishings. We spent beautiful evenings on the terrace. It is also very quiet and no noise from outside, as the resort ends directly at the sandy beach.

Beautiful, cosy holiday home
We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday here in an absolute top location - directly on the beach, with great weather and beautiful surroundings - everything was just right...
The house has everything you need for your stay and the evenings on the large terrace were wonderful
The landlords are friendly and trustworthy
