The apartment itself was satisfactory. The outdoor area was unkempt. It was not very pleasant to have breakfast or eat on the terrace. The whole 2 weeks no Wi-Fi reception.

Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for cleanliness, as the garden was not maintained at all and made a very bad impression. Nothing had been done there for weeks and it was therefore unusable. The house itself was completely fine, clean, and had everything one needs. The Wi-Fi was a disaster and mostly nonexistent, which annoyed me very much, especially since this deficiency was already mentioned in the guestbook in May 2025. The situation is simply great for bike trips in the area. I will definitely recommend the Emsland.
