Description
Our vacation rental "Lieschen" on the edge of Eifel National Park is on the ground floor, has a separate entrance, is 105m² in size and accommodates 6 people.
There are 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds, an open kitchen with a kitchenette, dining area for 6 people, a living room with seating that can be converted into a sofa bed, digital satellite TV, Internet, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and a separate guest toilet. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are included. Additionally, a crib and a high chair are available.
The terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger and relax. There is enough space for fun and games for both children and dogs. The garden is completely fenced.
For bikers and cyclists, there is a private garage available for use.
For up to 4 people, the price is 90 Euros/night with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Each additional person costs an extra 10 euros per night.
The mandatory final cleaning including disinfection costs 60 euros. If a dog is brought along, the final cleaning costs 80 euros.
Dogs stay for free otherwise.

With friends in the Eifel
We rented this vacation apartment in Simmerath for 3 days with four people and did NOT regret it! Thank you, Mr. Müller, for the uncomplicated and transparent booking; the reception in front of the house was more than warm. The accommodation was very spacious, the ambiance cozy, the kitchen fully equipped, a spacious bathroom, 2 toilets (a big plus point when there are several people), and the good mattresses ensured a good sleep. Within walking distance are bakeries and restaurants, and the next supermarket is just a "stone's throw" away. Departure is also uncomplicated; leave the keys in the door, Mr. Müller lives directly across the street. . . . . . . . . top. So until the next booking! ! Mr. Müller, all the best for the "Fohlen11"! ! ! ! !

Short vacation in Simmerath
This apartment found by chance on the internet.
Already got a very good impression from the pictures. Upon arrival, encountered a very nice apartment, where nothing is missing.
The landlords are also very nice and helpful. The apartment is beautifully located on the edge of the village and shops are nearby. There is enough to do. We liked it very much!

Beautiful holiday apartment in a good location
Well-equipped, very spacious vacation apartment on the ground floor with its own fenced garden, which we were able to use every day thanks to the good weather. Comfortable beds and roller shutters in both bedrooms, mosquito nets only in one bedroom. Very well located for trips by car for hiking and exploring the Eifel. There are also bus connections, but we did not use them. In the area, there is a nice free outdoor swimming pool with a diving platform directly at Rursee. In about. Within 3 minutes by car/up to 15 minutes on foot, there are supermarkets, ice cream shop, bakeries, restaurants, and a gas station accessible. The landlords were very friendly and understanding and immediately helpful with our little issue with the key. We had a nice stay and felt very comfortable.

Enjoy the North Eifel region!
You can really enjoy this spacious apartment in Simmerath. An advantage are the window shutters in the bedroom.
There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance (10 minutes) and a bakery (5 minutes).
In the immediate surroundings, there are also various hiking trails.
Definitely treat yourself to ice cream at Eiscafe Dolce Vita.
We will definitely come back.

Holiday with dog
Very nice and helpful landlords. We felt very comfortable. Very nicely furnished flat, it has everything you need. My dog also felt very comfortable. It is also no problem to take the dog to the restaurant in the Eifel. We will be happy to come back.
