Perfect location to the beach and the city; everything within walking distance in a few steps. Arrival by car is possible, as it can be parked in the underground garage; with the elevator (only 3 steps) to the apartment, so no hassle with luggage. Equipment and space offer optimal conditions for two people, kitchen with everything you need, but also sufficient dining options nearby, café on the ground floor, bakery around the corner. The balcony could be a bit larger, the bedroom is a bit cramped, showering in the bathtub: therefore only 4 for amenities, otherwise top!
