Villa dell'Erta: new, charming apartments in Montale, a hillside village just above Levanto.
The property is composed of three cozy apartments in the hamlet Montale, 4 km from Levanto and its beaches.
- Apartment “CHERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
- Apartment “STRAWBERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
- Apartment “BLUEBERRY”, the largest apartment, with a bedroom and kitchen living room. At Villa dell’Erta, “BLUEBERRY” is the apartment with the best panoramic view over the Gulf of Levanto.
Each apartment can sleep up to two people. Perfect for couples!
They all have a panoramic terrace with sunshade, table and chairs, with an amazing view over the gulf of Levanto.
All apartments have a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen, with sink, cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher.

Location and surroundings of object
Important note: the house is located in “Via Piccola” (literally: small road). As the name says, it is a quite narrow street! Please, drive these last 200 meters carefully and slowly.
The private parking is 70 meters from the house.

Loved it!
Mauro is a very good host and is generally very nice. Communication was quick and good and he gave us some great tips on the area, food, parking etc. He made us feel very welcome. The stay in Montale was a great experience. The apartment was very nice, beautifully decorated, fully equppied, more spacious that I imagined and maybe most important of all, cool and comfortable to stay and sleep in during the summer months. Great temperatures due to thick walls, shutters on doors and windows and if neccesary aircondition. We especially enjoyed the evenings on the big balcony. The apartment is 7 minutes from Levanto in car and you can see Levanto and the water from the balcony. It is however neccesary to have a car, but parking at the apartment was included in the price and is located 50 meters from the apartment. The road to the apartment is narrow and steep, but nothing we could’t handle. Levanto is a nice town with good restaurants, beautiful buildings, a big beach (big private beach, small public beach) and a train station that will take you to Cinque Terre or La spezia in no time, every half hour. You can also rent bikes, surf or hike to Cinque Terre. Montale is however also worth looking around in. All in all very good stay. Would come again.
