Location and surroundings of object
The small, quiet village of Ripenda is located on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 6 km from the sea.
The area is very rarely inhabited, away from the tourist crowds, with very little traffic.
Marked hiking and biking trails and beautiful seascapes by the sea, islands, the Kvarner Bay characterize the surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, only a few minutes away by car. In Labin you will also find a petrol station,
a cash machine, a farm and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat tours and great restaurants.

Perfect holiday
We spent a wonderful week in the Mini Villa and will definitely be back. The villa is very well equipped and everything was perfectly prepared for us when we arrived. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool and we were able to relax in this great environment. Thank you Deniz for the wonderful week in your lovingly furnished house.

simply fantastic
We arrived and were immediately thrilled by this beautiful house. It lacked nothing and left no wishes unfulfilled. The tranquility there was refreshing. The swimming pool made it even better, just fantastic.
The host Denis and his wife are very friendly and likable. We felt completely at ease.
