Location and surroundings of object
The small, quiet village Ripenda Verbanci is situated on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, only 7 km from the sea.
The area is very rarely inhabited, outside the tourist masses, with very little traffic.
Marked hiking and biking trails and beautiful seaside spots, islands, the Kvarner bay characterize the surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, only a few minutes away by car. In Labin you will also find a petrol station,
an ATM machine, a farm and many good restaurants. Near Labin there is a small beach town Rabac with great views of the islands, street artists, great boat trips and great restaurants.

Prachtig huis !
Mooi modern gebouwd huis en leuk ingericht. Met zes personen de beschikking gehad over drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers. Everything even nicely decorated.
Grote tuin met een verfrissend zwembad. BBQ aanwezig. Quiet surroundings
The owners are very kind and helpful. Een auto is wel handig om de omgeving te verkennen en om boodschappen te doen. Meerdere supermarkten in Labin. Rondom Rabat zijn meerdere activiteiten te boeken o.a. Boottocht naar Chres.

Super Hausbesitzerin
Das Haus ist super schön und die Hausbesitzerin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir standen 5 Stunden im Stau und sie hat dort auf uns gewartet. Anzahlung wurde getätigt und der Rest Vorort. Alles war super sauber und schön eingerichtet, man hatte seine Ruhe. Der Pool würde regelmäßig gereinigt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man auch super den Strand und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft
Wir haben in diesem Haus 12 wundervolle Tage verbracht. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig so das man gut entspannen und abschalten kann. Wir wurden vom Besitzer empfangen, welcher direkt nebenan wohnt. Der Besitzer verhält sich sehr diskret, ist aber jederzeit ansprechbar wenn man Hilfe benötigt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer geräumig und hell und die Betten bequem. Wir können nichts negatives erwähnen und kommen auch selber im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Sehr schöne Villa bei Labin
Schönes sauberes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Ausgestattet mit allem was für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt wird. Pool sehr groß und schön. Man kann von dort aus viele schöne Ausflüge an Strände und Städte machen.
Vermieter sehr lieb und Aufmerksam. Es fehlt an nichts. Hatten wunderschön erholsame Tage.
