The comfortable 80 m² holiday apartment has 2 large bedrooms with the possibility of adding a third extra bed or baby bed in each, 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, with washing machine, living room with sofa bed, is modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, complete cooking and dining utensils, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, and garden furniture on the balcony with awning.
The holiday apartment features LED TV satellite system and free internet connection (Wi-Fi). Free parking is provided in the courtyard of the house. A private barbecue area is located in the garden of the holiday apartment Rosi.
The communal pool is located directly opposite on the property of the holiday house Felix, 30 m away.
At the communal pool in the garden there is also a cozy barbecue corner and a pavilion for sociable moments.
The heated pool is open for use from April to October. A lockable bicycle storage room is included in the rental price.

Almost like being part of the family
We have already spent part of our vacation five times in this holiday accommodation.
Due to the very kind and friendly owners, we feel particularly comfortable and safe here. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and everything else around here are very well maintained. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas available, and you can also buy drinks and ice here. Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The beaches by the sea can be reached by car in a short time.
