The Baltic Sea is 2.8 km away. The house with 150 sqm (including cellar with recreation room, utility room and sauna)has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a guest bath and a shower in the sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is very spacious, with adjoining terrace and awning. The property with garden invites you to relax and play. A double carport and parking space for another 2
Cars are available on the property. In the house there is also a recreation room and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a spacious sauna with resting places and shower. There are 2 televisions in the house,
4 bicycles (2 women's, 1 men's, 1 children's) and 1 stand-up paddle, a hairdryer etc. . The bus stop is 20 m from the house , the train station 4 km away. A swimming pool at 1 km , the nearest restaurant at 100 m . This is a non-smoking house. Please do not bring animals. Overcrowding possible with 1 person aged 0 to 3 years.

The large Pönitzer See is located in the municipality of Scharbeutz, close to the Baltic Sea. It is located in the Ostholstein district. The village of Klingberg/Scharbeutz lies on the southern shore. It is surrounded by forests and the Scharbeutz Heath. The bathing facility at the lake is supervised by the DLRG. A little outside the hustle and bustle, the lake invites you to linger in its beauty away from the beach life. Great cycle paths lead from Klingberg to the sea.

Top accommodation near the beach
A really great house! Everything Nordic in white and blue with lots of lake decor, so that vacation mood starts right away. We have never had a house with so many glasses, cups, and dishes, and otherwise, everything you need is there in terms of equipment. The stand-up paddle was a hit with the kids, which could be transported by bike in 20 minutes to the large Plönitzer Lake. Bakery reachable in 15 minutes by bike in Scharbeutz, beach another 5 minutes longer. For rainy days, there is a sauna, foosball, and stepper in the basement.
We really enjoyed the family vacation and are giving a perfect score for the first time here.

Beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is beautiful and leaves nothing to be desired. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating. We had a great time and will definitely come back.

Great holiday home
We were allowed to spend a great week at the Sonnenschein vacation home by the Bredenbeck family at the end of July with five people. A bit away from the beach hustle and bustle, we felt completely comfortable and relaxed in the spacious and lovingly fully equipped house. There is something offered for everyone: bicycles, SUP, foosball, darts, sauna. Simply great and we can highly recommend the Sonnenschein house. The Eicker family from Sauerland.

Perfect summer holiday
We (4 adults and 2 children) spent our family holiday in August 2022 in the Ostseehaus Sonnenschein in Klingberg. the house is furnished with great attention to detail, very spacious, bright, very clean and equipped with everything your heart desires
It was a perfect accommodation for us, where we felt very comfortable for 2 weeks
The owners are very nice and extremely eager to leave nothing to be desired
The house is quietly located in a residential area and is an excellent starting point for small hiking and cycling tours around Lake Pönitz/the forest
We can only recommend this holiday home!

A beautiful week
Super nice house where we lacked nothing. We felt very comfortable with 6 people. If you don't mind not being directly on the beach, we can definitely recommend this house. It takes about 10 minutes by car to Scharbeutz, where there is also free parking. The landlords are very nice and accommodating. We spent a wonderful vacation week in the house Sonnenschein.
