The holiday flat is on the 1st floor above a physiotherapy practice, next door is a country doctor's practice.
Distance to the beach in Scharbeutz 24 km, to Hansa Park 25 km, to Bad Segeberg 16 km, Lübeck 28 km, Kiel 48 km and to Hamburg approx. 80 km.
By bike you can make beautiful tours to the Stocksee, Seedorfer See and Plöner See.
In the village there is a village shop with fresh bread rolls, a hairdresser and an ATM.
An Edeka supermarket is 8 km away.

Great spacious holiday flat
We spent a very nice holiday in this great flat with 4 adults and a dog.
The arrival/handover of the key and also the return of the key on departure was completely unbureaucratic without any frills.
From experience, I always bring along little things like placemats, lanterns, candles, bottle openers and knives. My loved ones were amused at me because I was able to pack my small household items away again without using them......something really wasn't missing.
The flat, as mentioned by previous tenants, is bigger than the photos and even with 4 adults and our Australian Shepard there is plenty of room
CONCLUSION: A relaxing holiday all round

Greatly equipped, large, clean holiday apartment with complete, as good as new furnishings.
My wife, my daughter (17), our mixed-breed dog, and I were guests in the holiday apartment during the last two weeks of July 2022. The apartment's furnishings and condition exactly correspond to the description and the photos!! However, it appears even more spacious and well-maintained in reality than in the photos! Extremely clean and well-maintained; the equipment leaves nothing to be desired in the bathroom/kitchen/balcony and the other rooms and is complete down to the blender and egg cooker in the kitchen! The Wi-Fi is excellent and remains smooth and stable even when using 3 iPads simultaneously. Even with the extreme outside temperatures of 38 degrees, the apartment was bearable, almost pleasant. The location is wonderfully central; both in terms of distance to the Baltic Sea beaches of Scharbeutz/Timmendorfer Strand and the Plöner lake area, as well as to the larger cities of Neumünster/Kiel and Lübeck. Of course, the holiday apartment is located in a small village and you need a car, but you are aware of that beforehand, as the location is well described. The only downside, if you can even call it that, is the location on the main road, which is quite heavily frequented by agricultural and truck traffic during the current main harvest season, but this is only noticeable when sitting on the balcony. It was a great vacation for us in a really great apartment.

Top vacation rental
We were allowed to be the first residents of this great vacation rental! It is located above a doctor's office and can be reached via a staircase.
The vacation rental has two bedrooms, a super great large bathroom with a shower. The living-dining area is very large and equipped with everything you need. There is a nice covered balcony. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Pets are also allowed in this vacation rental. We had our small dog with us. We carried him up the stairs.
Everything was new and very clean.
We had ample parking where we could also park our five bicycles.
The landlady was also always reachable and very friendly.
We started our excursions from the vacation rental. It takes half an hour by car to get to Scharbeutz. You can also go on great bike rides nearby.
We can definitely recommend the vacation rental! It was a great vacation!
