The flat with 60 sqm is suitable for 2-4 persons and is located on the ground floor of a NEW renovated semi-detached house. You have a modern furnished kitchen-cum-living-room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with walk-in rain shower and seating area at your disposal.
The sunny GARDEN, which can be reached by a few steps above the flat, invites you to relax. You will find seating under the shady apple tree,
Sun loungers and a barbecue.
In Our BEDROOM for 2 persons
There is a deluxe double bed (180x200 cm) and a SAT TV.
A cot can be added if required.
In the LIVING KITCHEN you will not only find a completely
fully equipped kitchenette with
Cooker --- Oven --- Ceramic hob
Dishwasher --- refrigerator --- microwave
Coffee maker --- Toaster --- Kettle
but also the cosy ESSPLATZ for up to 4 persons.

and a comfortable sofa that can be used for 2 people to pull out.

A few steps will take you to the second holiday flat, which is 38 sqm for 2-4 people on the upper floor with a separate entrance. You will find a modern kitchen-cum-living-room, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Great flat
We had a relaxing week in the Altmühltal in a very nice flat. Tastefully furnished and nothing was missing. Great praise to family Eckerlein, also for the valuable tips. We will be back again.

Holiday flat Eckerlein
Beautiful holiday flat, very tastefully furnished, with nice outdoor seating. Location is top... Edeka right next to it, open-air swimming pool, castle, high ropes course, dining options, canoeing in the village, avenue for walking with the dog and view of the weitenkirche. I can only recommend it, it was really nice and my children loved it ⭐⭐⭐⭐
recommend for: adventure and experience, seniors, holiday with children, holiday with pet, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, holiday for singles, romantic holiday
