Description
The holiday home Seehase is located in the beautiful town of Haus and is equipped in the 5-star range. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of the village, not far from the fields. Shops such as the bakery or Real and butcher are within easy walking distance, as is the Frisia indoor swimming pool. We have furnished the house as we would at home. The house is equipped with everything you need. There are 3 full bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. We also have a sofa bed. We have also thought of the little ones and even have a travel cot and high chair. There are 2 shower bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you know from home. The house has a living room with a sofa corner for 6 people as well as a nice dining room. In the outbuilding you will find the large sauna with colour light therapy as well as another sanitary facility. The property offers a garden shed and a garage.

Our holiday home is located away from the noisy traffic at the end of a dead-end street and is therefore the ideal place for families with children and people who are looking for an oasis of peace from everyday life.
Our holiday home is equipped for 6 people, a baby travel cot is available on request. In one bedroom there is also the possibility to use the sofa bed for another person. The house has a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three separate bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, one room with separate beds), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and a hall with wardrobe. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with satellite TV and one with a DVD player. Since the bedroom on the ground floor is directly next to the living room, there is the possibility to use the TV and DVD player in the living room. There are CD players with radio on the ground floor as well as on the ground floor, so that you can start the day with your favourite music. A 6000 DSL flat rate via W-Lan is included in the rental price. Just bring your lap-top and catch up on the latest news via the internet. A telephone is also available for you.
In the outbuilding there is a Finnish sauna with coloured light therapy for up to 4 people and a small bath, so you can enjoy the relaxing warmth even in winter or in bad weather. Behind the house there is a small garden with terrace, garden furniture and awning, so that nothing stands in the way of your breakfast in the sunshine. A small shed is available for your bicycles, which you can either bring from home or rent from a bicycle dealer in Norden. You are welcome to park your cars in the garage or in the yard. A total of 3 cars can be parked.
The house is located in the border area of the climatic health resort Norden-Norddeich, in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac on the edge of a field. You can reach the open sea by bike via a cycle path away from the traffic in a good 15 - 20 minutes (3 km), so you can enjoy the landscape optimally. You can also go for a walk. The small and romantic town of Norden, by the way the oldest Frisian seaside town, and the associated climatic health resort of Norddeich are worth a holiday at any time of year. Here you will find romantic lanes, the mudflats for walking and the ferry pier to the East Frisian islands. Many nice restaurants and small shops await you in Norden's town centre. Norden and East Frisia offer you the flexibility to make the most of your holiday and combine beach life with history and culture. Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
Beautiful holiday home with good service and contact options. The house looks even nicer on-site than in the pictures. Of course, there are always small areas for improvement, which we have already forwarded.
All in all, we were very satisfied. It's great that toilet paper, cleaning supplies, soap, and sauna infusions were already available. That is certainly not a given.

Empfehlenswertes Fereinhaus
The house is really highly recommended. The location is quiet and yet central. The amenities are more than complete. There is even a private sauna and functional (!) Wi-Fi. The extremely friendly property manager, Mr. Ennen, was always available for questions. We felt very comfortable and have already booked for next year.

schönes ferienhaus
It is a very nice holiday home with good amenities and a beautiful plot for children to play. We stayed in the house with 4 adults and 2 teenagers and felt very comfortable. The manager, Mr. Ennen, is very nice and always helpful when you need something.
