The flat has approx. 50m² and consists of a bedroom with two beds (double bed), a shower room, a kitchen, a dining and living room with a sofa bed for another person, a balcony and a parking space for a car. The kitchen offers a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker and hob, extractor bonnet, and much more. The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. In the living room you have a flat screen TV, and radio. There is seating for 4 people. A cot and a high chair are available. Washing machine and dryer are available in the house and can be used for a fee.

Bodenmais is a market town in the Lower Bavarian district of Regen and is the most popular holiday resort in the Bavarian Forest. It is famous for its mine and for the Silver Mountain. Bodenmais lies deep in the Bavarian Forest, southwest at the foot of the Großer Aber mountain, with a population of around 3,400. Places of interest are the visitor mine at the Silberberg with an exhibition mine and several glass-blowing factories. The largest and best known is the Joska glassblowing factory.
Beautiful excursion destinations are the Großer and kleiner Arber, as well as the Großer and kleiner Arbersee.
Zwiesel, Regen, Deggendorf and Sankt Engelmar with forest summit path as well as the Bodenmais activity centre.
Indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, mini-golf course and more are on offer. (Hiking trails)
