Description
On the ground floor there is the kitchen with storage room, a guest toilet and the beautiful living/dining room. An additional underfloor heating provides even more cosiness.
The kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen and a dining table for two people. The working area of the kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob and extractor bonnet, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.
In the adjacent storeroom you will find the washing machine, the tumble dryer as well as further storage facilities and clothes horse, ironing board and iron etc..
In the living room there are two comfortable leather sofas and another dining table with room for six people.
A flat screen TV and a DVD player are of course included.
Upstairs are the bedrooms with insect screens on the windows and a bathroom with a shallow shower tray, wall-hung WC and washbasin.
Floor heating and a large towel radiator are also included.
Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, the third with two single beds.
As a special bonus, one of the bedrooms offers a second TV.
The entire house has central heating and upscale hot water comfort.
The ground floor and the bathroom have tiled floors, the bedrooms have laminate flooring.
The large brick exterior storage room with lockable door offers space for storing bicycles etc.
In front of the house there are two private parking spaces reserved for our guests.
Free internet access via WLAN is available for our guests.
Your holiday in the North Sea spa Norden-Norddeich will be an unforgettable experience due to the good stimulating climate, the North Sea, the islands as well as a variety of museums and sights.
You can spend a nice bathing holiday here, visit the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience a mudflat hike, go surfing, kite surfing or just enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Ocean Wave adventure pool invites you to visit, as does the seal station, the children's playhouse, the Golfpaltz or the Tee Museum.
Norden is one of the oldest and most beautiful towns in East Frisia and always worth a visit.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Umfangreiche und sehr ansprechende Ausstattung. Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, und alles blitzsauber - ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir haben mit Freunden einen sehr schönen entspannenden Kurzurlaub hier verbringen dürfen und würden gerne auch einmal für längere Zeit dieses schöne Haus buchen. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen, im Ort kulinarische Köstlichkeiten genossen, die netten kleinen Nachbarorte besucht und beim Strandspaziergang richtig entschleunigt. Erholung pur. Kompliment an die Vermieter.

Pure relaxation holiday
A great house that leaves nothing to be desired and where you immediately feel at home. Modern interior, very clean, everything you need, good books and games, washing machine and dryer top, nice seating area when the weather plays along, beach chair top and also used, uncomplicated handover of keys, 5 minutes by bike to the bakery, shopping mile good and Norddeich can be reached quickly by bike thus very central starting point for many excursions. Thank you for the great holiday and the associated relaxation.

Toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Das Haus ist klasse. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und strahlte vor Sauberkeit. Die große Menge an Geschirr lässt auch eine sinnvolle Nutzung der Spülmaschine zu. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden einschließlich Waschmaschine, Trockner, Bügeleisen usw. Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage. Fußläufig kommt man zügig in die Stadt und auch zum Griechen, den man mehr als empfehlen kann. Auch zum Bäcker ist es ein kurzer Fußweg. Von hier aus können viele Ausflüge unternommen werden. Und es gibt eine Menge schöner Ziele. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.

"Dahoam"-Feeling im Urlaub
Ein Haus in dem man sich wirklich sehr wohl fühlt. Es war in allen Zimmern sehr ordentlich geputzt. Die Einrichtung ist topp in Schuss, modern, hell und sehr freundlich/einladend. Auch die Küchen- und Geschirrausstattung ist für einen genussreichen Urlaub vorhanden. Das Haus bietet sich durch die Schlafzimmer auf verschiedenen Etagen auch für mehrere Parteien an. Durch Waschmaschine, Trockner und kleinem Garten ist das Haus auch ein guter Urlaubsort mit Kleinkindern.

Toller Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen
Wir möchten uns für den tollen Familienurlaub bedanken!! Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum um abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen!! Das Schöne ist, dass das Haus für einen Urlaub mit 3 Generation (jüngster = 5Jahre und Älteste = 57 Jahre) & Hund perfekt ist!
Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - ein Hauch skandinavisch! Es ist SEHR sauber!!
Man kann viel erkunden in der Umgebung sowohl am Tage wie auch am Abend. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit.

Schönes verlängertes Wochende
Wir haben wieder mal ein tolles Wochenende in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht, nachdem wir in diesem Jahr schon einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern und Enkeln im Haus verbracht haben. Bei super Wetter konnten wir den Garten mit Strandkorb und Grill täglich nutzen. Wir fanden wieder mal ein mit viel Liebe dekoriertes, sauberes Haus vor, welches auch mit vielen praktischen Dingen bestückt ist. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, bis hin zum kostenlosen WLAN: einfach Spitze. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend und doch ist die Fußgängerzone, Restaurants und der Bäcker leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns wieder mal super wohl und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
