Description
On the ground floor of the holiday flat is the large living room with corner couch and table, cable TV, WLAN, large dining table and integrated kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, etc. From the living room you can access the 30 m² terrace with morning, afternoon and evening sun.
On the upper floor is the bedroom with double and separate single bed, the children's room with bunk bed (downstairs double bed 1.40 * 2.00 metres, upstairs single bed 0.90 * 2.00 metres) and the bathroom with tub, shower and toilet.
The flat has central heating with hot water supply, designed as underfloor heating on the ground floor and bathroom.

The House was completed in 2008. It is located near the small station 'Rasender Roland' in the rückwärtugen yard and garden area with large green space. Vò with beach and Pier should be reached in approximately 12 minutes on foot (CA. 1200 m).

Schöne Wohnung für Familien
Well-equipped apartment with garage for storing bicycles/roof boxes etc. It's a walk of about one kilometer to the beach. Right next door, the Rasender Roland train stops hourly. During the day, there is considerable traffic on Bahnhofstrasse, which is now the case throughout the season for all of Rügen... For us as a family with slightly older children, the accommodation was a great choice at very fair conditions. Would love to come back.

Auf die Lage haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
Jedoch dringt der Ausflugsverkehr nicht in die im rückwärtigen Hof- und Gartenbereich liegende Wohnung. Zudem kommt am Abend der Ausflugsverkehr zum Erliegen und der Rasende Roland kommt erst am nächsten Tag wieder, so daß in jedem Fall nächtliche Ruhe gegeben ist.
Mit der kostenfreien Binzer Bäderbahn (stündliche Abfaht vom Kleinbahnhof) werden Rundfahrten in den Ort und auch zum Strand angeboten. Zusätzlich gibt es einen kostenlosen Bäderbus, der bis zum Naturerbe Zentrum (Baumwipfelpfad) in Prora fährt.

Ideal für 5 Peronen
Children have their own realm in the children's room with a bunk bed and loft bed, in the bedroom there is sleeping space for three adults. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower as well as a toilet, and if it's occupied, there is another toilet on the ground floor. From the spacious combined room on the ground floor (living area with kitchenette and table), you can access the large terrace for sunny breakfasts and evening barbecues. The pier and the expansive beach are about 1000 meters away.

Perfect family vacation
We would like to thank you for the 14 days in Binz. Everything was within easy reach for our family of 5. The train station and the bath train as well as the bus were about 100m away. We received the house from the very nice neighbors and everything was very clean. The terrace and the lawn behind it were perfect. As there was no through traffic, the children could play undisturbed. The only thing that might be helpful with children would perhaps be... a staircase gate at the top, which is also available without installation, as well as an insect screen on the patio door/kitchen.
Just as a note from us.

Perfect holiday accommodation for a larger family
Beautiful holiday apartment that is very well equipped. Great to have access to the garage for all the beach gear, like beach cart, sun umbrella, windbreak, etc. Since the house is located in the second row, the street noise from the main road is not audible, which is very positive.

Cozy apartment on the outskirts of town
We spent a wonderful vacation here in autumnal Rügen. Everything was perfect, the apartment was well equipped and not sterile, providing everything one needs. The kitchen was well equipped even for larger cooking events. The location, despite being close to the main road, was relatively quiet. We all - adults and children - felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
