Description
Chic flat on the upper floor of a two-family house - suitable for up to 5 people - with balcony. The flat has living space on two levels. First the main flat on the upper floor with living room + bedroom (both laminate flooring), kitchen, shower room and balcony. In addition, an attic room with three single beds, sloping ceilings on both sides - cuddly, cosy and a holiday on cloud nine. Our aim is to make you feel at home. We do our best to make you feel comfortable and hope to see you again next year as a satisfied guest.
The "Cliner Quelle" spa centre with sauna, fitness and wellness facilities is in the immediate vicinity. Furthermore, from our house you have short ways to the centre of the village with its manifold shopping possibilities, gastronomic enterprises and a lively life at the museum harbour during certain seasons. Afterwards you return to your holiday home and enjoy the peace and quiet of a residential estate "right in the middle" and yet not directly at the "pulse of life".

Your landlord is always available for you (either on site or by phone) and if something cannot be done immediately: there is no such thing as a can't - PROMISED !
The final price includes - except for bed linen/towels and visitor's tax - all additional costs such as WLAN, washing machine, etc. The premium beach basket in Harlesiel is reserved for you - every day as long as the baskets are on the beach! Bicycles are also available.
Your cancellation costs in case of no-show are limited to the deposit - i.e. 20% of the holiday price - no matter when the cancellation takes place. Should we be able to re-let the flat under the same conditions, you will receive your deposit back minus a flat rate of 25.00 euros.

House "Finkennest auf Wolke 7" is located in the Pumphusen residential park in a purely residential area. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Haus des Gastes with sauna, children's play area and an exclusive wellness department.
The parking place for your car is directly at the house - you have everything in view at any time ! Carolinensiel is situated directly on the North Sea and is considered one of the most attractive destinations on the coast. Here you will find both a mature village with historical buildings and modern tourist facilities. The state-recognised North Sea resort of Carolinensiel is the North Sea resort with 3 harbours. The Old Harbour, founded in 1730, is located in the idyllic centre of the village. In its heyday in the 18th and 19th centuries, it was the second-largest East Frisian seafaring and trading port after Emden and was of great importance to the entire shipping industry. Today it is the centre of the German Sielhafen Museum. Some original historic sailing ships lie at anchor here, others have been restored. A walk takes you along the spa promenade along the Harle via the Friedrichsschleuse to the yacht harbour or inland harbour. Directly to the North Sea, where the crab cutters are moored in the harbour, you only have to negotiate the sea dike. The ferries to the island of Wangerooge also leave from there. A washed-up sandy beach awaits you in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, just the thing for families with children. In addition to the sandy beach, Carolinensiel has a heated open-air seawater pool directly on the beach, a guest house with sauna, medical bathing department and spa treatments, children's playhouse, spa garden. A water paradise for the little ones - with water slides and bubble pool, sauna area etc. for the grown-ups.
You can take boat trips, go fishing, horse riding, cycling - well-developed and signposted cycle paths lead through the countryside. Tennis, mini-golf, pedal boats and rowing boats are also on offer, as are children's playgrounds. In the Haus des Gastes there is childcare for the little ones, and there are also play and handicraft days. Hiking trails are plentiful, benches invite you to rest and linger.

Very clean and well-equipped apartment! Nice and courteous hostess!
We were on site for a long weekend with two children. The contact with the landlady was very courteous and friendly in advance. The apartment was very clean and the beds were already made with the booked linen package. The kitchen is extensively equipped. A storage room is also equipped with all cleaning utensils, as you do bring a lot of sand from the beach. I also found the washing machine in the apartment, which was available free of charge, very pleasant. A clothes rack was also available. We used the two beds in the attic as a double bed. We had expressed this wish in advance and the beds were already put together upon arrival. During the stay, the hostess inquired about our well-being and whether everything was available in the apartment. We thank you for the wonderful stay and gladly recommend the apartment!

Apartment and landlord highly recommended. Great vacation, apartment well equipped. We had a great weekend for four people.
