Beethoven BnB is an apartment in the attic of a two-story house built in 1929. The house is located on a garden plot of around 500 sqm, centrally situated on a quiet side street in the center of Oberursel, parking is usually available directly in front of the house. It is about a five-minute walk to the center of Oberursel.

The apartment was completely modernized and thermally insulated in 2005. In the attic, there is an air conditioning unit that can also be used as heating in winter.

The bright attic floor includes a bedroom (double bed 160 x 200cm), a sleeping chamber (single bed 90 x 200cm), a living room (couch and dining table, color TV) with kitchenette (refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher), and a bathroom (shower). The size is approximately 40 square meters. A baby bed and an extra bed for a 4th sleeping place are additionally available.

Internet access via Wi-Fi is possible.

Use of the garden is possible in consultation with the other residents of the house. Children welcome: Playing in the garden is allowed.

A washing machine is available in the basement of the house. For stays of more than five days, this can also be used in consultation with the landlord. As this is a non-smoking apartment, guests are asked not to smoke in the apartment.

Location and surroundings of object

Situated close to the town centre in a quiet side street, the underground station Oberursel Altstadt is only two minutes walking distance away. From here you can get to Frankfurt city centre (Hauptwache) as well as cnetral Train station within 30 minutes and to Frankfurt fair (Messe) in 22 minutes! Oberursel is on the U3 underground line connecting Frankfurt Sued train station with Oberursel (Hohemark) and on the S5 S-Bahn-Line connecting Frankfurt Sued, Frankfurt's central train station Hauptbahnhof with Bad Homburg/Friedrichsdorf.

The foothills of the Taunus mountains are in sight, within two minutes you can reach the fields leading to the slopes of the forrests andstart your journey.

Shops, restaurants and the old town of Oberursel are within five minutes walking distance. Oberursel was first mentioned in 792, the oldest remains of the city wall date back to the 15th century. The church of St. Ursula overlooking the city was built in the 15th century.

Oberursel calls itself "Brunnenstadt" (City of Fountains). The "Brunnenfest", its biggest festival, is celebrated every year the weekend after Pentecost - then most of the older part of the city and its courtyards are one big beer garden.

A walk along the mill trail will give insight into Oberursel's natural and industrial history, other well marked ways take you to picturesque spots and monuments of the old town. A large number of houses have been restored with great attention to detail and a considerable financial burden since the seventies. Convenient place

Very nice apartment with very good transport connections

We were in Oberursel for the first time and felt very comfortable in the cozy attic apartment. We particularly liked the living-dining room. But the bathroom is also very nice. In addition, the apartment is very well connected in terms of transportation. Just a few meters away there is an underground station (Frankfurt underground network) and the A661 motorway is also not far away.

Super accommodation for small families

Above the roofs of Oberursel

we spent 18 nights in this cosy penthouse and felt right at home!
The furnishings are modern and comfortable, even a dishwasher, audio system and TV were at our disposal. We were also able to use the washing machine in the basement.

We slept well and quietly, enjoyed a very good wifi connection and were very happily surprised by the great hospitality of the landlord - who always responded quickly and reliably to enquiries, was helpful and even delighted us with a Santa surprise.
We would have loved to stay longer!

Highly recommended!

Cosy attic apartment, ideal for families

We felt very comfortable during our short stay here with our three young children. The apartment is bright, very cozy and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable in your apartment. Everything is available, practical, and comfortably furnished. The price-performance ratio is exceptionally good. Centrally located, yet quiet. Many nature excursions possible - park, forest, near Feldberg, and more. Oberursel is a really nice town, as is Bad Homburg. We would be happy to come back.

On the road at home

Arriving here means being at home on the road for me.
Parking, unpacking, feeling comfortable. Perfect for a stopover or for a longer stay for family visits or as a place to relax after work. We have already used the apartment for all of this.
Actually, I don't want to write much about my insider tip here, and at the same time I share the joy of having found this feel-good address. The hosts are extremely friendly, accommodating, and trustworthy.
And I love being here with and above the rooftops of Oberursel. Thank you very much. I will gladly come back.

The holiday apartment Beethoven BnB impressed us, well equipped and centrally located in Oberursel in the Taunus. As guests from distant Korea, we felt very comfortable not only because of the beautiful and functional central holiday apartment, but also because of the friendly and helpful landlords. Great accommodation between the High Taunus and Frankfurt.

Admittedly, one has to climb to the 3rd floor - no elevator - but then you enter a spacious, bright apartment that is much larger than the specified square meters due to its sloping ceilings. The furnishings are good, a small kitchen, well-equipped with everything you need, a nice bathroom, and even a small library. Parking is free in front of the house and there is excellent public transport connection to Frankfurt. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. We will always go there again when a gap opens up in the occupancy calendar
