Our **** holiday flat is completely new and modernly furnished with all comforts.
Equipped with a complete kitchenette, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishwasher.
Wlan,Sat-TV,Hifi with CD player,children's toys and various board games are also part of the equipment as well as shower,BD,hairdryer,bathtub,towels,bath towels,washing machine,bed linen and iron.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is located on the outskirts, in a quiet and relaxing location and plenty of nature.
Also offers great views of the Brohltal and the Castle oak.
But for joyous discovery guests the Eifel region offers plenty of space for experiences in a unique nature with its diverse vegetation and geology.
Many more ways about a ride with the volcano express through the romantic Brohltal, waiting to be discovered by them. The place is located directly at the foot of the Castle Oak Grove and makes for a time of peace and relaxation.

Very nice large apartment
The holiday apartment is really very large and in top condition. You will find everything you need for your vacation. The selection of toys overwhelmed us and our little one was really thrilled. Otherwise: cozy beds and sofas, a fully equipped kitchen including dining area and for children really great the play corner behind the house and the visit to the feathered friends and the sheep. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The landlady is very friendly! We enjoyed our vacation here very much!

Beautiful holiday flat in a good location
Beautiful, spacious, clean and well-equipped holiday flat.
Separate children's room. The garden with, among other things, slide, trampoline, pool and toys can be shared.
Very friendly landlord family.
Location of the flat is quiet, renovation work was being carried out on the neighbouring house, but was not disturbing.
Shopping facilities/restaurants currently only in the neighbouring villages (approx. 5 minutes drive)
The location is "central" - many sights can be reached quite quickly by car (e.g. Geysir Andernach, Neuwied Zoo, Maria Laach, Vulkan Brewery, Sealife Königswinter, Haribo Bonn, Manderscheid, Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler, etc.)

Perfect family holiday
We had a great holiday with the Bläser family.
The flat is bright, spacious and clean.
The shared garden is ideal for families, where the little ones can let off steam.
We especially liked the tractor ride and the great hospitality. It is nice that the children are involved in feeding the animals and are even allowed to take the freshly laid eggs.

Top equipped holiday flat in idyllic location
Super warm welcome, great equipment (dishwasher, oven, several dishes, washing machine...), great view, garden to share..
The private tour of Olbrück Castle was an absolute highlight, and the tips for excursions as a family with two small children were great.
The only small drawback: shopping of any kind has to be done a bit further away (approx.4km), there is only nature on site.
We will definitely be back!

Wie zu Hause
Wir sind oft beruflich in Ferienwohnungen untergebracht, noch nie zuvor haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt wie bei der Familie Bläser. Zum einen lässt die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung keine Wünsche offen, zum anderen fühlten wir uns vom Anfang bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts willkommen. Wir hoffen inständig, dass bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Eifel diese Wohnung frei ist.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir sind durch Zufall auf diese wunderschöne Ferienwohnung aufmerksam geworden. Ich kann nur sagen wir hatten eine sehr angenehme und erholsame Woche.
Familie Bläser sind sehr freundlich und liebevoll, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor Ort gibt es sehr viele schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Wir haben in dieser Woche ca. 60 km erwandert, und es warten noch viele km auf uns.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es fehlte absolut an nichts. Da wir Nichtraucher sind, war es besonders schön, dass die Wohnung für Nichtraucher und Allergiker bestens geeignet ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und erlauben auch die Gartenbenutzung. Es ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Also wirklich empfehlenswert!

Toller Familienurlaub
Unsere Kinder haben mit den Großeltern dort eine phantastische Kurzwoche verbracht! In der Umgebung gab es für groß und klein viele Ausflusgziele. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und modern eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Auch der Garten, Spielplatz und Pool konnten mibenutzt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich haben unsere Kinder am Alltag teilhaben lassen, sodass sich alle wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank !

Super nette Vermieter, eine Top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.
Wer Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig. Jedoch sollte man ein Auto dabei haben, da die Wohnung etwas abseits liegt.

Für erholsame Urlaubstage im Brohltal
Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung für erholsame Urlaubstage im Brohltal. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, denn Gastfreundschaft steht auf der Tagesordnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man genießt einen herrlichen Ausblick aus der Wohnung. Ein kleiner Spaziergang führt zur Burg Olbrück, von wo aus man einen schönen Rundblick ins Brohltal genießen kann. Zudem ist die Lage ideal als Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen (Laacher See, Wolfsschlucht, Krippenwanderweg, Trasshöhlen, Nette-Schiefer-Traumpfad mit Wasserfall, Rodder Maar).
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit mit Jahreswechsel in Niederdürenbach/Hain verbracht und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

The flat is wonderfully located, equally equipped and the landlords are very nice!
I enjoyed the flat in the quiet location to relax and work quietly. It's good for walking or hiking and the nearby motorway exit (you can hear the motorway 0!) means you have good connections in all directions.
I will gladly come back.

Great as always!
We have been guests of the Bläser family a few times. The flat is located in a beautiful area. We visit Olbrück Castle every time. The flat is just great. Cosy, wonderfully furnished, super clean, everything is there. And the Bläser family is very friendly, you just feel at home.

Besser gehts nicht
Hier hat wirklich alles gepaßt. Sympathische Gastgeber, wunderschöne Landschaft und eine Wohnung in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Familien mit kindern sind hier besonders gut aufgehoben. Wunderschöne lage! Alles ist gut erreichbar und mit einem kurzen Fußmarsch kommt man auch schon zur ersten Burg. Die ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Gastfreundschaft wird hier groß geschrieben.
