With us you can enjoy your holiday. We offer you a modern and comfortably furnished semi-detached house with a cosy atmosphere. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential street and offers 85sqm of living space.
We rent all year round and there is room for 4 adults + 1 child. NON-SMOKING HOUSE !
If you are looking for recreation and want to feel comfortable, you have come to the right place. The south-facing terrace and sunbathing lawn with garden furniture (including 4 sunbeds on wheels), sandpit and barbecue invite you to spend some cosy hours.
Furthermore, the holiday home offers 2 car parking spaces + garage for storing bicycles etc., coin-operated washing machine, telephone and WLAN for checking emails
Important information for allergy sufferers and non-smokers: Smoking and pets are not allowed in our holiday home!

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.
1) You will receive a refund of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking up to 30 days before the planned start of your vacation. 2) For cancellations made less than 15 days before the start of the vacation, the booking amount will be refunded minus the cost of the first night and a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking amount. For bookings of more than 7 days (see point 2), the cancellation fee increases to 30% of the total amount. Cancellations must always be made in writing!!!
