Description
We rent out an 80 m² holiday flat with 2 terraces in our detached house in the Volcanic Eifel. A spacious room layout with modern interior we offer you all the advantages you can expect from a modern apartment. An approx. 31m² living room with dining area and wood-burning stove is at your disposal. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds guarantee a pleasant night's sleep.
The bathroom/WC offers, among other things, a ground-level rain shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment also has free W-Lan and a 55 ""large SAT-TV. Smoking is prohibited in the entire living room, but is allowed on the terraces. The lower terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an electric barbecue. The upper terrace is also fully equipped with garden furniture and offers a unique distant view of the mountains. There is plenty of parking space in front of the house, which is located on the turning ramp of a dead-end street.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Pure peace and relaxation
We had the pleasure of enjoying an 8-day hiking holiday in this great vacation rental. Everything is just perfect here. Very nice, accommodating hosts, ultra-clean apartment furnished with a lot of taste, and a good starting point for hikes in nature. Arriving and feeling comfortable was the motto. Everything was really there, from color-coordinated dishes, lunch boxes, selectable pillow sizes, a well-stocked drink fridge, cozy blankets for a comfortable time on the sofa, toilet paper, and other consumables. There were no wishes left unfulfilled. And if there were, help was provided immediately. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment 100%. If you want to hike and are okay with short drives to great circular trails, this is the perfect place. In addition, 2 terraces invite you to linger and relax. Everything is top-notch.
