Villa SAN is located in a small village Dračevica on the island of Brač, only 11km from Supetar (the ferry stop) that is very well connected with ferries from the town Split.
It is a 3-bedroom property that offers a very comfortable stay in a fully equipped interior, with amazing views on natural surroundings with Mediterannean plants along the island. The environment and neighborhood places are very unspoiled, very traditional and you can indeed taste the typical easy Mediterranean way of living here. Feel free to explore the bay, to drive and research Nerežišća, Milna, or find a perfect spot on one of the beautiful pebble beaches in the short drive distance (5-15min). A private and heated 24smq swimming pool, comfortable living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen and exit to a covered outdoor dining area, and absolute privacy at the sun deck area. Fully air-conditioned with free WiFi.
The nearest minimarket is 200m away, restaurants are 3km far and town center Supetar 11km where you have a doctor, pharmacy, bank, supermarket, opportunity to rent a boat, car, scooter or bikes..etc... Split is very well connected with ferries that come to Supetar, so you are located in a very unspoiled destination, but still, have a great connection with town Split and all it offers.
You are approaching the property over a local road that is not busy at all, as all the roads on this island. Private parking is secured in front of the house for 4 cars.

Villa San has located on the island Brač in Dračevica village 7km from the crystal clear sea (Bobovišta, Milna) and only 30 minutes from Split via ferry (very good ferry connection). When you arrive in Supetar (ferry stop on island Brač) which is 11km far from the villa, you are at a villa in 15min of easy and pictures drive. It is worth taking one-day trips or some kind of exploration adventure. Some popular places on the island include Dračevica itself and Nerežišća have beautiful traditional stone houses, typical for islands. Then you have several attractions on the island Brač very much worth of visiting like Pustinja Blaca (11km), the highest peak Vidova Gora (14km), Aquapark in Supetar (11km), famous Bol (Zlatni rat) 30km with his famous beach shaped like golden horn a great location really worth of visiting. Everywhere you go, you can find beautiful secluded bays which are filled with hidden beaches and are great for bathing, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, etc.
Civilization on the island of Brač is characterized by centuries of a tradition dating back to Roman agricultural farming and Renaissance construction, the builders and architects of which were inspired by the island's landscapes and aesthetics. • 100% of total booking price if canceled 30-0 days prior to the Check-in Date
• Guest can cancel for free in 7 days after paying Booking deposit (owner makes fully refund)
