The spacious and stylish Villa Angelina is located in the quiet village of Mirca, just a 10-minute walk from the crystal-clear sea. It accommodates up to 10 guests and is ideal for families or friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday together. Enjoy sunny hours by the private hydromassage swimming pool, which provides refreshing relief on warm summer days. The shaded poolside terrace invites you to relax and dine outdoors.

This three-storey stone house is lovingly and high-quality furnished. A special highlight is the sauna for 2–3 persons. Right at the sauna entrance there are two outdoor showers, one of which is designed as a waterfall shower – perfect for pure relaxation.

The 140 m² interior includes: 4 bedrooms, 8 (+2) sleeping places, 3 bathrooms + 1 separate WC, 2 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

The ground floor can be used as a separate living unit for 4–6 persons. It features: one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with dining area and a sofa bed (for 2 children), and a modern, spacious Shabby-Chic style kitchen. From here you can access the terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for preparing Dalmatian specialties.

On the first floor there is another living room and a kitchen with dining area. The second floor features two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Additional amenities include: 2 air-conditioning units and private parking for up to 3 cars.

Here is the translation to English: Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
