§ 6 Withdrawal from the Contract & Early Termination of Stay (1) The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration (text form is sufficient, e.g. email or WhatsApp) to the landlord. The relevant date is the date the notice of withdrawal is received. If the tenant withdraws from the contract and it is not possible to rent the property to someone else for the booked period, the tenant must pay the following flat-rate compensation: up to 49 days before the start of the rental: €50.00 processing fee up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 50% of the rental price up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price (2) If the landlord is able to rent the property to someone else for the booked period, the tenant's payment obligation is reduced to a processing fee of €50.00. (3) The tenant is expressly entitled to prove that the landlord has suffered no loss or a significantly lower loss. (4) The tenant is entitled to name a suitable substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the existing contractual conditions. In this case, only a processing fee of €50.00 will be charged. The landlord may object to the entry of the substitute tenant if there are justified doubts about their ability to pay or about the proper use of the rental property. (5) If the tenant terminates the stay early after the start of the rental period, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (6) The landlord will also endeavor to rent out the property to someone else after a withdrawal.

Family vacation
We were here with three generations (5 people) for two weeks and were able to enjoy our vacation very much!
The house itself is clean and really cozy and homely furnished, so we felt very comfortable on vacation! Nothing was missing, the equipment was diverse. The contact with the Schneider family was very reliable and friendly, one could always count on a quick response! The short walk to the beach was really pleasant, and especially in the evenings or on slightly cooler days, we were also able to enjoy the pool.
We would be happy to come again!

Vacation with family
The accommodation and the location are really very good; on the first day, we directly visited our favorite restaurant and were very positively surprised. The food was really great and the staff super friendly, just excellent. Our first night was also very pleasant due to the air conditioning in the house and the comfortable beds. The pool was, of course, the center of attention for us during the day as well as in the evening; our children were in there every day until late in the evening. For us, it was a very nice vacation because the place and the surrounding regions have a lot to offer. The communication with Mr. Schneider was also super friendly; you could talk to him even when there were problems, and he responded very quickly.
We, as a family, can only recommend it, especially because of the close location to the beach and city center.

Relaxing family vacation
We felt very comfortable with the Schneider family and through the great on-site support, and we can only recommend the holiday home. The location and amenities of the house are optimal. We are already looking forward to seeing you again next year. It was an all-around relaxing family vacation with our children.

Everything is great.
Very nice contact with the landlord, the apartment was furnished with love, nothing was missing, we felt very comfortable, the pool was great, close to the sea and shopping, we will come back.
