It has a light-filled, comfortable living room, a cozy bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a perfectly equipped kitchen with dining area. From the kitchen and the living room you enter each terrace in south-west direction - the sun may appear to you from morning until night in all seasons. The condominium "Bellevue Residence" consists of six two-story houses - the penthouse apartment with high ceilings located on the second top floor and lets out into the water landscape looking for many miles. Your car or bicycles can be parked in the basement garage.

Zinnowitz is one of the most famous seaside resorts of Usedom, featuring all amenities that guarantee a good rest: miles of fine sandy beach, dunes, forests, strolling and varied sports facilities, cafes and restaurants, theaters, concerts, films and children's entertainment. Cozy and stylish apartment, highly recommended
We spent very pleasant days in the cozy, tastefully and practically furnished apartment in Zinnowitz. We especially liked the beautiful art objects and the wide selection of media from books to DVDs.
