Description

We all sometimes wish to indulge in peace, greenery and serenity
Reach for it in the quiet Istrian village of Rimanići, which you can reach via a gravel road.

In the fenced garden you will discover the charming Villa Azi. Swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue - everything is provided.
Kitchen, living room and a toilet are on the ground floor, while 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is room for a maximum of 6 people - 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.
The interior of the house is practically designed and equipped.

Both villa Azi and its location will disarm you with its charm, as well as the entire peninsula of Istria.

Absolutely recommendable

The house is exactly as described. Even better. Absolutely clean, totally idyllic location. Away from everything, just as we expected. Lots of nature, very central for excursions in Istria. In the house, everything is available, 2 beautiful bedrooms with air conditioning including their own bathrooms. The pool is regularly cleaned, the property completely fenced. Great for our dog. For us, the vacation was perfect, a huge thank you to Igor, a very friendly host in a very beautiful holiday home. We will be back in 2025.

Perfect!

I can only agree with the previous reviews.

The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Absolutely clean! The equipment is great, nothing was missing.

Communication with Igor, the landlord, worked perfectly. In addition, we received plenty of pastries and schnapps as a welcome greeting. A few days later, we received a huge plate of cheese and ham, which easily lasted for 5 people for 2 days.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but incredibly quiet. 10 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket, about 20 minutes to Lidl.

The price-performance ratio was unbeatable.

Idyllic house

The house is beautiful.
Everything is just like in the photos.
It was absolutely clean upon arrival.
The owner is very nice and brought us treats several times.
Location is idyllic on a hill.
After a few minutes drive through a forest, you really find peace and quiet.

Dream house

The house is mega beautiful. Everything was clean and like new. Everything you need was there. On arrival we were greeted with delicious pastries and schnapps. Igor, the landlord, is super friendly and always available. We felt comfortable all around. The house is a bit secluded but if you need peace and quiet and no hustle and bustle you are absolutely right. The pool is a dream and very clean. We had our two small dogs with us. It was a dream to get out of the front door and walk them in the open. Just perfect for us.
We can only recommend it. We will definitely come again

The pictures on the net correspond exactly to the original the house is super clean modern furnished the bedrooms both have their own bathroom the landlord is a super nice man he came by every two days and asked if everything was ok and always had pastries or fruit from his own cultivation the villa Azi is only to recommend is really great to relax

A dream

The holiday home was handed over to us very clean. The landlord and his family are very hospitable and welcomed us with schnapps and cake. The house is far from mass tourism. In nature, one can relax very well and enjoys a lot of privacy and tranquility. The house has everything one needs, such as fresh bath and hand towels, a dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, a washing machine, and much more. Even the cool grill was equipped with charcoal and a lighter. The pool is also great, and you can have fun here for many hours. Everything is very new and modernly furnished. In the area, you can find everything you need (Lidl, Plodine, Antica pastry shop, a tavern, and a delicious pizzeria in Zminj). We can recommend this accommodation to everyone, and dogs are welcome too. Thank you for the great time; we are very happy and grateful to have met you.

Mega toll

We booked the house as a family of four and were totally thrilled. The landlord is a super nice person and treated us multiple times with Istrian specialties. We never noticed when someone came for pool cleaning; it was just suddenly clean again. The house is really beautiful and fully equipped. The only thing we looked for once was a can opener, but something like that isn't really necessary. Otherwise, we were very surprised by the amenities, as everything one normally has at home was really there. We have booked several holiday homes, and it has never been like this before. The house is located in the middle of a forest, and we held a little competition every day about which animal we would see on our way home.
In the area, there was no beach for us personally, as we prefer to be alone on a beach and not lie closely with a thousand tourists. The nearest small store is a five-minute drive away, the nearest Lidl about 20 minutes. If you are really looking for a very quiet and relaxed holiday or want to hike, you are definitely in the right place. We will definitely come back if we go to Croatia again.

The house is very beautiful, the rooms are also very nicely and modernly furnished. I have never had such a clean accommodation, 10 stars.
The landlord Igor is very nice and was immediately available for questions or problems!

Very nice landlords

There is nothing to criticize about this holiday home. Due to heavy traffic, we took almost 20 hours (instead of the usual 12 hours) to arrive and were much later than agreed. It was no problem for the landlord. For a friendly welcome, there was a bottle of (homemade?) schnapps and homemade cookies/cake. After a few days, the landlord came with a large plate of cheese and sausage. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only warmly recommend the accommodation and the landlord. Unfortunately, the house is not necessarily close to the beach, and for the last few kilometers from the main road to the house, a vehicle that is slightly raised is advisable.

Holiday home pure relaxation

The holiday home in Rimanici is simply a dream. Beautifully located in a wonderfully quiet area, built with the stunning stones of the region that don't hide under plaster. The furnishings are tasteful and everything you need to feel comfortable is available. The two bedrooms on the first floor with adjoining bathrooms offer plenty of storage space and are cozily furnished. The pool is a lot of fun, and the large sunbathing area leaves nothing to be desired. The covered outdoor seating area is the ultimate outdoor feel-good room. Even in the rain, one can sit comfortably in nature. The service is the best of all – such hospitality upon arrival is unmatched! The many regional delicacies that the hosts lovingly bring, the warmth... simply excellent!!! In short, we felt very comfortable and would love to return. Dreamlike oasis of relaxation

A perfect house in Istria to relax and enjoy. The owner Igor pampers you from arrival to departure... and even in between with Istrian specialties. The house is perfectly equipped and the pool is a true delight. We are completely thrilled and can highly recommend it.
