Reach for it in the quiet Istrian village of Rimanići, which you can reach via a gravel road.
In the fenced garden you will discover the charming Villa Azi. Swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue - everything is provided.
Kitchen, living room and a toilet are on the ground floor, while 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the upper floor. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
There is room for a maximum of 6 people - 4 in the bedrooms and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room.
The interior of the house is practically designed and equipped.
Both villa Azi and its location will disarm you with its charm, as well as the entire peninsula of Istria.

Perfect!
I can only agree with the previous reviews.
The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. Absolutely clean! The equipment is great, nothing was missing.
Communication with Igor, the landlord, worked perfectly. In addition, we received plenty of pastries and schnapps as a welcome greeting. A few days later, we received a huge plate of cheese and ham, which easily lasted for 5 people for 2 days.
The location is a bit off the beaten path, but incredibly quiet. 10 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket, about 20 minutes to Lidl.
The price-performance ratio was unbeatable.

Idyllic house
The house is beautiful.
Everything is just like in the photos.
It was absolutely clean upon arrival.
The owner is very nice and brought us treats several times.
Location is idyllic on a hill.
After a few minutes drive through a forest, you really find peace and quiet.

Dream house
The house is mega beautiful. Everything was clean and like new. Everything you need was there. On arrival we were greeted with delicious pastries and schnapps. Igor, the landlord, is super friendly and always available. We felt comfortable all around. The house is a bit secluded but if you need peace and quiet and no hustle and bustle you are absolutely right. The pool is a dream and very clean. We had our two small dogs with us. It was a dream to get out of the front door and walk them in the open. Just perfect for us.
We can only recommend it. We will definitely come again

The pictures on the net correspond exactly to the original the house is super clean modern furnished the bedrooms both have their own bathroom the landlord is a super nice man he came by every two days and asked if everything was ok and always had pastries or fruit from his own cultivation the villa Azi is only to recommend is really great to relax

Ein Traum
Das Ferienhaus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns mit Schnaps und Kuchen begrüßt. Das Haus ist weit vom Massentourismus entfernt. In der Natur kann man sehr gut entspannen und genießt viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht, so zum Beispiel frische Bade- und Handtücher, einen Geschirrspüler, Geschirr, Besteck, eine Waschmaschine und vieles mehr. Selbst der coole Grill war mit Holzkohle und Selbstanzünder ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ebenfalls Klasse und man kann hier viele Stunden Spaß haben. Alles ist sehr neu und modern eingerichtet. In der Umgebung findet man alles was man braucht (Lidl, Plodine, Konditorei Antica, Konoba und eine leckere Pizzeria in Zminj). Wir können diese Unterkunft allen empfehlen, auch Hunde sind willkommen. Danke für die tolle Zeit, wir sind sehr froh und dankbar euch kennengelernt zu haben.

Mega toll
Wir haben das Haus als vierköpfige Familie gebucht und waren total begeistert. Der Vermieter ist ein super lieber Mensch und hat uns mehrfach mit istrischen Spezialitäten verwöhnt. Wir haben nie mit bekommen, wenn jemand zur Pool Reinigung da war, er war auf einmal wieder sauber.
Das Haus ist super schön und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet. Das einzige, was wir einmal gesucht hatten, war ein Dosenöffner aber so etwas muss auch nicht sein. Ansonsten waren wir über die Ausstattung sehr überrascht, da wirklich alles da war, was man normal zuhause hat. Wir haben schon einige Ferienhäuser gebucht und so war es noch nie. Das Haus liegt mitten in einem Wald und wir haben jeden Tag einen kleinen Wettbewerb gemacht, welches Tier wir auf dem Heimweg sehen werden.
In der Gegend war für uns persönlich kein Strand dabei, da wir eher alleine an einem Strand möchten und nicht mit tausend Touristen eng an eng liegen möchten. Der nächste kleine Laden ist fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Lidl ca 20 Minuten. Wenn man wirklich einen sehr ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub sucht oder auch wandern möchte, ist man hier definitiv richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir wieder nach Kroatien fahren sollten.

Überragend
Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Zimmer sind ebenso sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Ich habe noch nie so eine saubere Unterkunft bekommen 10 Sterne.
Der Vermieter Igor ist sehr nett und stand für Fragen oder bei Problemen sofort zur Verfügung!

Sehr nette Vermieter
An diesem Ferienhaus gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Durch starken Reiseverkehr haben wir fast 20 Stunden (statt der üblichen 12 Stunden) für die Anfahrt gebraucht und waren viel später als vereinbart. War für den Vermieter alles kein Problem.
Zur freundlichen Begrüßung gab es erst mal eine Flasche (selbstgebrannten?) Schnaps und selbstgebackene Kekse/Kuchen.
Nach ein paar Tagen kam der Vermieter mit einem großen Teller Käse und Wurst.
Alles in Allem haben wir uns also sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft und den Vermieter nur wärmstens empfehlen.
Leider liegt das Haus nicht unbedingt nah zum Strand und für die letzten paar Kilometer von der Hauptstraße zum Haus empfiehlt sich ein Auto, das etwas höher gelegt ist.

Ferienhaus Erholung pur
Das Ferienhaus in Rimanici ist einfach ein Traum. Herrlich ruhig gelegen mit den wundervollen Steinen der Gegend gebaut, die sich nicht unter Putz verstecken.Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und es ist alles vorhanden was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Die beiden Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit den angrenzenden Bädern bieten genug Stauraum und sind behaglich eingerichtet. Der Pool macht richtig viel Spaß und die große Liegefläche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der überdachte Freisitz ist das Outdoor Wohlfühl-Zimmer schlechthin. Selbst bei Regen sitzt man gemütlich in der Natur.Der Service ist das Beste von allem-So eine Gastfreundlichkeit schon zur Begrüßung sucht seines gleichen! Die vielen Landestypischen Köstlichkeiten, die die Gastgeber liebevoll vorbeibringen, die Herzlichkeit.... einfach Spitze!!! Also kurzum, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Traumhafte Erholungsoase
Ein perfektes Haus in Istrien, um sich zu erholen und zu geniessen. Der Besitzer Igor verwöhnt einen von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise….und noch zwischendurch mit istrischen Spezialitäten. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Pool eine wahre Freude. Wir sind völlig begeistert und können es bestens weiterempfehlen.
