I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave that also worked as a convection oven for easy dinners after beach walks nearby cafes offered nice spots to relax on sunny afternoons.

Overall good. The carpet on the stairs was worn (safety risk). Parking is not great. Cottage for 10 people and two parking spaces is too tight. The rest could park in the hotel parking lot, but that was too small; the next option was parking on the street. Solution. There is a large parking lot at the marina that was mostly empty. Maybe negotiate shared use. Behind the barrier, several parking spaces were not in use, a more flexible solution instead of 2 per house so that unused spaces become available for others. Finally: it is not purely a tourist park. There are tourists, permanent residents, and long-stay construction workers. It gives a slightly different atmosphere in the park.

Weekend away with family. For us, the sauna was especially great, lovely after outings in the area. Three bathrooms ensured that morning routines went smoothly with such a large group. The terrace outside was nice on sunny days.

The house was large and nicely laid out, rooms very spacious. But everything clearly outdated. In nice weather, the house is fine. In bad weather, it becomes apparent that the dining room is too small. Our outdoor umbrella was from the old days, missing a pole and stood with the base on the table. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards, so for the first meal, we had to do the dishes first. (although this is more the previous tenant's fault, it should be checked) Refrigerator actually too small for a large group. A lot of ants in the house. But this is quickly resolved. The park itself is very beautiful and remarkably quiet for high season. The service in the restaurant was a bit laughable. Day 1. 1 PM. We wanted to eat something, but there was no lunch menu. So we ordered the finger food and drinks via the QR code on the menu. When that arrived at the table, the lunch menus were placed on the table and we looked astonished. After a comment about this, we received the reply, yes you can only have lunch here from 12 PM, but it was already 1. 30 hours. On Day 2, at 11 o'clock, all the cards were on the tables, we placed our order via the QR code, we had to wait until 12 o'clock because they were still cleaning, but . . . . . . everything was tasty. But not really clear when it is open and when it is not. We are patient people, although I do wonder how everything goes when it is very busy. Because we really waited 45 minutes for 3 coffees. But all in all, a very successful family weekend, we fortunately saw everything from the positive side.

A box spring bed on the ground floor provided restful sleep after a long walk through the city. The parking lot right in front of the door was very convenient. All important places were so close that one could easily be out and about alone.

However, two major negatives; many houses are crammed with workers, who drive through the park at full speed, with cans of beer in their hands, have loud music on. This immediately brings the holiday feeling to zero (a reason for us not to return, we really don't understand that this is being approved!) And the house is extremely kid-proof, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, but not at the bottom of the stairs. So you still have to keep an eye on your children non-stop to make sure they don't climb the stairs.

However, two major negatives; many houses are crammed with workers, who drive through the park at full speed, with cans of beer in their hands, have loud music on. This immediately brings the holiday feeling to zero (a reason for us not to return, we really don't understand that this is being approved!) And the house is extremely kid-proof, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, but not at the bottom of the stairs. So you still have to keep an eye on your children non-stop to make sure they don't climb the stairs.

It is a neat house fully equipped. A beautiful kitchen with sufficient inventory. The bedrooms were also spacious and there are ample bathrooms. It was quiet at the holiday park and nice to walk in the area and get a breath of fresh air.

What does influence the holiday feeling is the amount of labor migrants at this time in the season (January). This has irrevocable repercussions on the term "holiday park"; what it actually is. A lot of traffic back and forth, which of course also makes sense for those men and the necessary entertainment during the weekend. But that did have an impact on the overall experience.

The accommodation is very clean and perfect for a larger family. Very quiet area. Playground nearby and the sea almost on the doorstep. Highly recommended.
