Description

The fully renovated and newly furnished 3-room apartment with a living area of 60 m² offers:

* Two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with its own television.
* A hallway.
* A modern bathroom with a rain shower, including a hairdryer.
* A fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
* A spacious dining and living area with a cozy corner sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed. This area is tastefully furnished and equipped with a flat-screen TV.
* Free Wi-Fi and a guest parking space are available.
* Access is provided via a code system, so no key handover is required.

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests, with two double beds and 2 additional sleeping places on the sofa bed. Upon request, we are happy to provide an extra baby cot and a high chair. Please feel free to contact us about this.

Your vacation apartment is situated at the entrance to Winterberg. Within a five-minute walk, you can reach supermarkets and the "Neue Mitte" shopping center, as well as access public bus and train connections. In winter, your ski bus departs from this location, transporting you to the Winterberg ski area, Skiwelt Neuastenberg, or Altastenberg. During the summer months, you have direct connections to the Erlebnisberg Kappe adventure mountain. With the Sauerland Summer Card, you can conveniently take the bus back to Winterberg from your hike free of charge.

Complete apartment within walking distance of the center and ski slope. Nice that everything is on the ground floor, making it a practical apartment even with small children.
