The small holiday home area is idyllically located in a nature reserve in the hilly and lake landscape of western Mecklenburg, about 18 km from the state capital Schwerin. The seven-kilometer-long lake is a great spot for anglers and, thanks to its good water quality and sandy beach, also a wonderful swimming lake – even for the very youngest guests. - Enclosed natural property, 400 sqm

Cancellation terms:

Cancellation policy: Withdrawal by the tenant a) The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by written declaration to the landlord. The timing of the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the landlord is decisive. b) If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must compensate for the expenses already incurred by the landlord and the lost profit in the following amounts: Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (at least 25 EURO); Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50%; thereafter and in case of no-show: 100%. c) The tenant is allowed to prove that no damage or substantially less damage has occurred to the landlord. d) Upon withdrawal, the tenant may designate a replacement tenant who is ready to enter into the existing contract in their place. The landlord may object to the entry of the third party if they appear economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the former tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs incurred due to the entry of the third party. The tenant is advised to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday home with sea view

100% recommendation for this holiday home in Dümmer. Quietly located directly on Lake Dümmer - pure nature. The holiday home is very high quality and lives up to the price. Everything as described, we will gladly come back. Very nice and uncomplicated contact. Excursion destinations such as Schwerin, Wismar or Lübeck are easily accessible at short notice. Anytime again!
