Beautiful cozy little house equipped with everything needed for a vacation. All rooms were clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. Only in the kitchen area, some utensils need additional cleaning. The double bed is rather narrow and has a quite worn mattress. The mattress in the bunk bed was very comfortable. Also, the beds, mattresses, and blankets were clean. The bathroom is indeed very small, but everything works perfectly here as well. In the outdoor area, there is, among other things, a beautiful meadow, an outdoor shower, a veranda with a small table including chairs, a large seating area with comfortable high-back chairs, sun loungers, a grill, etc. Everything appears well-maintained and stylishly selected. The sand-gravel beach is about a 5-7 minute walk away. Recommendations: Shopping options (also on Sundays) are available within about 15 minutes by car, e.g., in Gørlev or Høng-Centret. We recommend Kalundborg more on a weekday, so there is life in the pedestrian zone. In Mullerup, there is an affordable mini-golf course. History enthusiasts can view an old runic alphabet in the church in Gørlev or visit a burial mound towards Mullerup. A day trip to Copenhagen is also quite possible (about 1.5 hours drive).

The area of Zealand is characterized by nothing, so to speak. We took trips to the north (Kalundborg, Sealand's Odde, Klintbjerg, burial mounds, Viking sites) without much action. 5 min walk to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and 10 min drive to all kinds of supermarkets.

For this, we drove 45 minutes by car to the Hoeje Taastrup train station (2 large parking lots) and then took public transport to Copenhagen. Thanks to the Copenhagen Card, we didn't have to pay anything for this. There are no activities around the house; the house is located in a holiday settlement for Danes, and there is nothing except a beautiful sandy beach.
