Beautiful and cozy house on the Costa Blanca in Callosa d'en Sarrià, near Altea, not far from the coast in a very quiet residential area. Ideally located in the hills with beautiful views, tranquility, and privacy. At the same time, you can reach the beaches of Calpe, Altea & Benidorm within 20 to 25 minutes. The fantastic waterfalls of the Fonts de l'Algar and the charming, typically Spanish towns of Callosa and Polop are 10 minutes away. The historic Castel de Guadalest is also not to be missed. Of course, you can also simply rest, relax, and enjoy the pool and the view.
Beautiful and modern house in the best and quietest location of Monte Almedia with private pool, terrace. Enjoy your freedom and the panorama with a breathtaking view of the hills and the Mediterranean.
The house is trendy and equipped with every comfort. It has an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature, three bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful large fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, kitchen appliances, coffee machine, washer/dryer, etc.). Very spacious living room with air conditioning, fireplace, TV, international channels, 600 MB fiber optic Wi-Fi.
All 3 bedrooms have a double bed, air conditioning for cooling or heating in all rooms. The outdoor lighting, the garden furniture, and the 5 x 3 meter pool complete the experience.
The Costa Blanca has an excellent climate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year. In short, everything you need to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Beach holiday
We were 2 families, 7 people in total, and spent our vacation here. The accommodation is clean and in good condition. The view from the terrace is incredibly beautiful. In the evenings, you can sit outside very comfortably; it is a very quiet area and, due to the mountains, also pleasant and not too hot. The communication with the property manager and the landlord was excellent.

Very nice house with a great view
Very beautifully located and well maintained house with pool and great views of the countryside and distant sea. We felt very comfortable there with our son and dog and were able to make great trips and visit beautiful beaches from there.
