Nice and cosy house on the Costa Blanca in Callosa d'en Sarrià, near Altea, not far from the coast in a very quiet urbanization. Ideally located in the hills with beautiful views, peaceful and private. From there, you can reach the beaches of Calpe, Altea & Benidorm within 20 to 25 minutes. The fantastic waterfalls of the Fonts de l'Algar and the cosy typical Spanish towns of Callosa and Polop are 10 minutes away. Do not forget the historic Castel de Guadalest. Of course, you can also just rest, relax, and enjoy the pool and the views.

The house is trendy and equipped with every comfort. It has a open view of the surrounding nature, three bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 2 with bathtub, beautiful large kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plancha grill, kitchen appliances, Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine, washing/drying machine, etc.). Very spacious living room with air conditioning, fireplace, dining area, LED TV with international channels, fibre optic WIFI internet of 600 MB, office area/lounge with sofa bed for 2 additional persons; additional TV screen and desk.
One bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with choice of double bed or 2 single beds, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. Air conditioning for cooling or heating in all rooms.
The outdoor lighting, the garden furniture, the sun loungers and the 5 x 3 meter pool complete the experience.
The Costa Blanca has an excellent climate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year.

Very nice house with a great view
Very beautifully located and well maintained house with pool and great views of the countryside and distant sea. We felt very comfortable there with our son and dog and were able to make great trips and visit beautiful beaches from there.
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with pet, beach holiday, romantic holiday
