Description
The villa comprises two complete apartments on two floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase inside the house, as well as spacious outdoor areas and a roof terrace. The villa is ideally suited for e.g. two friendly families. All bedrooms and the upstairs living room have air conditioning, all bathrooms have a hairdryer
Upper apartment
The upper apartment offers a large, bright master bedroom with adjoining modern bathroom with shower, as well as a small bedroom with pull-out bed (160 x 200), a guest toilet, a small, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, modern gas hob and electric cooker, as well as a large living room with 2 sofas and large smart TV (connected to the internet). On two sides there is a wrap-around, fully glazed naya (conservatory) with stunning views over Denia to the sea. From the naya you can also reach the roof terrace (sea and mountain views) or via an external staircase to the pool area. On the roof terrace there is a table with 6 stools for the evening aperitif and lounge furniture
Lower apartment
Adjacent to the large living area with two large sofas, large curved TV (smart TV) and wood burning stove is the open plan American kitchen which is fully equipped with induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, citrus press, Nespresso and coffee machine as well as an extensive range of kitchen appliances for even the most ambitious cook. In the adjoining pantry there is a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. All 3 bedrooms in this apartment each have their own bathroom, one with a bath and two with a shower. There is also an additional guest toilet here
Pool terrace
From the downstairs apartment you can access the pool terrace, which is furnished with high quality furniture and is partly covered. The glass table is extendable and offers place for up to 10 persons, beside rocking chair and 2 couches (4 further are deposited under the stairs) there is also a lounge area with sofa, armchairs and glass table. As additional sun protection, a folding awning can be extended. The pool area is very spacious and also has an outdoor solar shower. The roofable and heatable pool is approx. 4.5 x 10 m large and between 1.5 and 2.5 m deep. The entire pool area is not visible
Summer kitchen
The summer kitchen is fully equipped with professional plancha and gas barbecue (mainho), fridge and sink with hot and cold water
Carport
The carport can easily accommodate 2 cars, another could be parked in front of it. The gate is monitored by a camera and can be opened electrically from the house or by remote control
Outside area
In addition to the spacious pool terrace, the villa offers many opportunities to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Everyone is sure to find his or her favourite spot, whether sunbathing by the pool, using the terrace on the mountain side with an extendable table and 6 chairs for breakfast, or meeting on the roof terrace for a relaxing aperitif with a fantastic view of the sea or the Montgo
There is nothing to stop you from retiring to the sofa in the naya with a book or reading in the small garden, or having a barbecue with guests in the summer kitchen with support from the bar counter.
The villa simply offers many possibilities to enjoy the holiday in a relaxed way.
Those who like it more sporty are welcome to use the tennis court of the complex (free of charge for our guests) or the communal pool, which is especially suitable for smaller children.
Additional costs
WLAN / Internet is included. Costs for water and gas are included in the price, the electricity consumption will be charged at departure.
Access for guests
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa. In the high season (July and August) the minimum rental period is 1 week.

Overview of the neighbourhood
The villa is located in the urbanization Altamira at about 150m altitude directly on the Montgo. This has an effect on the microclimate, here it is much more pleasant in summer than down in Denia. The next supermarkets Lidl and Consum are about 3km away, the sandy beach starts in 4km distance and extends 20km in direction Valencia. To the rocky or pebble beach at Les Rotes it is also 4km. The nearest restaurant, the tapas bar El Campus, is about 1.5km away.

The villa is located in a dead end street without through traffic. If the two parking spaces in the carport are not enough for you, you can also park your car on the street. To the urbanisation Altomira belong also a big community pool, which is also suitable for smaller children, as well as a tennis court. Both are available to our guests free of charge.
