The freshly renovated holiday home of 70 m2, equipped with underfloor heating, is cleverly designed for up to 4 people and has its own entrance and its own enclosed garden.
You will also receive an electronic parking card for your stay.
The holiday home is only 150 meters from the beach and the boulevard, and in just a 3-minute walk you are in the cozy fishing village.

The spacious holiday home is located 200 meters from the beach, the promenade, and only two minutes’ walk from the village.
Egmond aan Zee is a seaside resort in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. Egmond consists of three villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond-Binnen, and Egmond aan den Hoef. Egmond aan Zee is the best known of the three villages. More than 1000 years ago, a fishing village arose here, but since the beginning of the last century the village has also been of interest to tourists. Both the fishing industry and the touristic past are still clearly visible in the townscape. On the beach promenade stands the prominent Jan van Speyk lighthouse, which can also be seen well from the village.
The village offers holidaymakers plenty of entertainment. There are many terraces, restaurants, and a shopping center. In summer, an event with lots of village entertainment is organized every week, which can be pleasantly admired from a terrace on Pompplein square. Egmond aan Zee has numerous shops, boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and of course the beautiful lighthouse.
The shops are open seven days a week all year round and are easily accessible.
Following the development of Egmond aan Zee begins the beautiful natural landscape of the North Holland Dune Reserve.
Egmond offers both a beach, as well as a beautiful promenade and an inviting village center. You certainly won’t get bored on the beach, as numerous activities are often organized here. Egmond is also located in a beautiful area, surrounded by expansive dunes. Nearby, there are also other lovely excursion destinations, such as Bergen aan Zee and the forests. Cycling and hiking are very popular in this area.
In addition, Egmond aan Zee is close to Alkmaar, a city that offers plenty of culture and history, such as the famous cheese market, which is certainly worth a visit.
Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar are easy to reach.

Cozy summer house with lots of privacy
Because the summer house has almost all rooms on the ground floor, it was very pleasant for us. The underfloor heating was also pleasant as the weather during our vacation was not so good, with a lot of wind and rain. Nevertheless, we were well equipped in the summer house and Egmond aan Zee always remains a beautiful place to return to.
Next time, we would book this house again.

everything is great
we spent a week in Egmond in this great apartment. It is quietly located but still central. You can quickly reach the beach, but also the town center. Everything was clean, nicely lit, and well equipped. We would like to emphasize the service of Sabrina and Patrick. The two were always accessible and took care of our questions and needs. That was a great contact. Thank you very much again. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We are Patrick and Sylvia and come from the have together made a lot of beach vacations. A holiday for us had always near the sea have always dreamed of, and to live itself close to the beach. Near the sea we came namely completely to rest and could enjoy our time delightfully without reservations. In March 2016 was finally time. Our dream came true: We bought our house with the summer house in Egmond aan Zee. First, a more elaborate conversion brought a lot of work, but now everything is completely new and just as we have liked. Egmond aan Zee met all our housing requirements. There is on the one hand, this cozy "village feeling" - and yet everything you need, also available: shops, beach, dunes and of course the beach promenade For us, it is the ideal place, we have our good fortune found hope to welcome you in one of our comfortable accommodations you soon.
