The standig individually holiday home, built in 1940 and renovated in 2000 is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.
Location
Pomarance. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The entire structure is perfect for exclusive availability for a group of up to 20 people. In addition to the 4 large apartments in the main building, the "house in the garden" near the pool is available exclusively. It has a lounge with a kitchen, a large table and a wood fireplace. Large relaxation area in the outside veranda to which a bathroom and shower are added. A pleasant and exclusive environment.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful vineyard and fruit trees and a well-tended garden in which the large pool (7 x 12 meters) is located, surrounded by greenery.
The large apartments offer relaxation and comfort like at home: fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms, private outdoor areas with the convenience of a free Wi-Fi connection. Antique furniture, poor artifacts, stencils on the walls, and fully handcrafted decorations create a particularly warm and familiar atmosphere. In the garden there are also games for children and a barbecue.
