Description
We offer for rent on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday) an isolated old farmhouse in the countryside of Southern Tuscany.
It includes a kitchen and a large dining room for groups.
The house is divided into several apartments, each also equipped with kitchens. The house is located 5 minutes from the nearest village and shops.
We can accommodate from 4 to 20 people. A caretaker is present to ensure the tranquility of the place. Address: 171 strada comunale di Montegemoli, Pomarance
The house is open every year between early May and late October.
It is possible to rent the entire house (July and August) or by apartment. If renting by apartment, the price depends on the number of people.
In case of renting the entire house for groups:
- 3,600 euros including taxes in May/June/September/October.
-3,900 euros including taxes in July/August. 900 euros incl. taxes in July and August
