Enjoy refreshing dives in the swimming pool, shared with the owner and other guests, and beat the scorching summer heat. Unwind in the shared garden with a good book and watch your kids play around you. There is private parking so your cars can stay safe and the modular kitchen is adequate for self-catering.
A bakery, restaurants and the city centre lie within a 500 m radius. Campo del Boriccio ecological park is close by, so does a museum and supermarkets. Day trips to Parco Naturale Monte San Bartolo and state park and Fiabilandia amusement park at 24 and 50 km away would be fun.
Notably, this is a first-floor apartment in a Big Noble Villa dated 1563, both of which are Italian Belle Arti Heritage. You have access to WiFi, cot and high chair for free. Air conditioning is provided and so is heating for a small fee.

The appartement (we (3 persons) were on the 1st floor "tulip" ) is very nice and absolutely equipped with everything one needs for a relaxed vacation. It is furnished and decorated with love, eye for detail and feels very comfortable (romantic style). It is nicely quiet and perfect if you seek rest and peace. The floor airconditioning works well and there is an air refreshing installation which works well . This one makes a bit of noise but did not keep us from sleeping. The bed as well as the sleeping couch in the living room are very comfortable. The kitchen is practical and one can cook very easily. There is if wanted a seating area outside to eat. The garden is beautiful, a very nice place to sit and read as well and well kept. The private swimming pool is an absolute delight and is shared with other guests visiting the house. There are several good restaurants in the area (you do need the drive for some of them) and Pesaro (nearest city on the beach) is only 20 minutes drive away. Our host Alessandra really takes care of her guests and made sure we had a wonderful vacation. The location is very nice; supermarket and farmacia at walking distance, beautiful landscape views and ideal for walking and bicycling (e-bike recommended). Not many foreign tourists. Clearly known by Italian families for their holidays. The hills can be rather steep (up-to 18%) . In summary; We really enjoyed it , thank you very much Alessandra for taking such good care of us. Tip; do take anti muscito spray with you because there are many in the area.

We liked the accommodation very much. A great apartment with a fantastic pool. We could use the beautifully landscaped gardens at any time - e.g. for eating. Our host Alexandra welcomed us warmly, was always helpful and very friendly. We had a very nice week in Mombaroccio.

Very nice location in a 400 year old house. Everything is super equipped and modern. You can safely call the garden a park, with room for everyone. Ample parking on site is a plus. At the pool you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the wide view to the Adriatic Sea. In short, a dream. The hostess Alessandra helps you with the slightest problem and is very sympathetic. Top.
