Our stay is going great, the house and well equipped, we feel relaxed, the view is absolutely incredible no complaints just perfect

The house is very well designed, the view magnificent, our stay went well overall. However, I allow myself a very big caveat on the state in which we found the house on our arrival and in particular the following points:
- recurring smell of sewage in 2 of the 3 rooms despite running water regularly in the siphons.
- absence of plugs in the drains of some of the washbasins in the bathrooms.
- some of the toilet bowls broken.
- outdoor furniture in rather poor condition (as such, one of the 3 sun loungers is unusable: the backrest was broken, a bolt was missing), my daughter paid the price...
- presence of ants in the rooms arriving from under the baseboards and even colonizing the linen in the cupboards.
- when we arrived, we found that the cleaning was done in a VERY rough way, for example: dirt on the floors, fingerprints on all the furniture (kitchen, dining room table, dish cabinet, doors... ..), dust and various rubbish in the drawers of the dressing rooms and bathroom furniture (pearls, unglued false nails left in the drawers, packet of false nails started in a piece of furniture), waste was in the kitchen trash without even a garbage bag, beads and receipt from the purchase of clothes under one of the beds (proof that the vacuum cleaner had not even been there!!!), cobwebs are present in absolutely all the corners of the ceilings, the ventilation grille between the fridge and the washing machine cupboard is full of dust, the sheets are stained and crumbs were even inside one of the beds
After 10 hours of rather complicated driving, having to do the cleaning myself to be able to install our things was a rather unpleasant experience.
It is a pity that the house (which nevertheless seems recent) is not better maintained as a general rule (a lot of wall

We had a wonderful holiday with our family in Oupia. The house met all wishes and the Belvilla ladies were flexible with check-in and check-out.
The pool is cleaned weekly and the pump runs 24/7 so that the pool is always clean and that is very nice. The view from the bath and the terrace is beautiful. With a supermarket around the corner, we were able to enjoy plenty of wine outside every day until late.
Inside, the house is also fully equipped. Well-functioning air conditioners make the stay pleasant on hot days. there are also three bedrooms with three private (spacious) bathrooms. This was ideal with two young children, so that you could always reach a toilet or shower without waking the kids.
The location is good. The village of Oupia is quiet and there is not much to do there. Olonzac is a 5-minute drive away and there is plenty to do there. Two bakers, plenty of shops, restaurants and a spacious park with tennis facilities.
The supermarket can also be found here. Furthermore, the sights are all within a radius of 30-45 minutes, so Oupia is a great base.
Tips: take something against the flies and mosquitoes. This may be something temporary, but it bothered us a lot.

A place out of time, very pleasant air-conditioned house, spacious with a nice view.
The only downside is that we weren"t able to enjoy the garden: the grass was very dry (a heat wave, I think), and it was impossible to walk on it without wearing shoes.
Functional equipment, calm and charming place.
Customer service remained reachable for our questions, the Wifi worked very well: for my first family vacation, it was a real success: thank you again!

This is a description after 3 days out of 14: The overall impression so far is mixed. The address sent was as follows: 43.289004 2.769576, but the correct number is 43.2889857, 2.7704899. Finding this at dusk was not easy. Arriving at the house was easy. The key storage location was as described and easy to find. In the house I would have wished that the folder with the important documents wasn't lying openly on the table but had to be looked for first. Here comes the next point of criticism: Where are the garbage cans? The folder only says that you need a card for this. I couldn't find anything on Oupia's homepage either, but we finally found what we were looking for in the neighboring town. Other points of criticism: The patio door is damaged and cannot be locked. To leave the house safely, you always have to lower the shutters. Several pieces of furniture in the house are also damaged (dining table, display case for glasses/cupboards), in the bathrooms the drain plugs are missing from half of the washbasins. In one bathroom, the shower drain was clogged and the toilet only flushed at half power. In one of the bedrooms, the air conditioning does not work, no matter what the setting or mode. At the edge of the very beautiful pool there are clear, greenish deposits of color and the border with the taut wire ropes needs to be tightened or renewed. The positive things: the household is well equipped, there are enough plates and glasses. The technical devices work perfectly, an induction hob and an oven with pyrolysis are of the highest standard. Unfortunately, a good bread knife and a teapot are missing. The view to the west of the Pyrenees is outstanding

We thought it was a great house to stay in. On arrival we found that it was not so clean. The windows were quite dirty and there were also many stains on the floor. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice to have air con inside and in the bedrooms. The view outside was very nice. We did find that there was not enough shade, not everyone who came with us can handle the sun well and thought this was a minus. When you come outside you can hear crickets chirping constantly. We were not bothered by this but I can understand that there are people who are disturbed by this.

A lovely house, fully equipped. Beautiful view and great to relax. Cottage is located in a remote mountain village, but a supermarket is close by car. The only drawback is that you are always 45 minutes on the road for trips.

It looks very good in the photos, but when you get there and you look closely, you can see that everything is clumped together with the French battle. Furthermore, the comfort of the beds and the indoor furniture is very good. The outdoor furniture could be better. The view is fantastic. And the area is definitely worth a visit! The drains of the showers were half clogged with us, so you can turn the entire bathroom into a swimming pool within 5 minutes. Perhaps that has now been resolved.
