This luxury villa is located in Oupia, France. There are 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people, ideal for family holidays. In addition, it is allowed to bring 2 pets. In the large garden there is a beautiful swimming pool, where you can cool off on hot summer days.
Oupia is a pretty little village with narrow streets and many old houses, which gives it a warm and typical atmosphere. The area is ideal for beautiful walks and bike rides, but you can also make excursions to the surrounding villages and towns. A day at the beach is also possible, 30 km away. Don't feel like cooking? The closest restaurants are just 300 meters away on foot.
The villa is modernly furnished and everything you need is available. From the garden you have a beautiful panoramic view of the landscape. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy a barbecue in the garden.
The swimming pool is heated from April 15 to October 15.

Lovely house, lovely pool, completely relaxed, had a fantastic two weeks, but for those who value privacy highly, it is a paradise!!!! Maybe again next year, but then for 3 weeks!!!! We really enjoyed it and Sam the dog too!

on arrival we found an empty key safe. The neighbor, who also owned the building, came a little later. The doors turned out to be open and the keys were just inside. Good explanation from the present owner.

The pool size does not match the stated dimensions. Should be 11x5 is 9x4. There was algae in the pool and on the edge. (No go). Outside area neglected e.g. no hedge and lawn cut. Fence between terrace and pool not nice. Whirlpool 3x3 without whirl function. Not good value for money.
