Description

The newly furnished holiday home with high-quality furnishings is very quietly located on the shore of Lake Fleesensee; it is only 85 metres to the beach.
The semi-detached house offers you 150m² of living space and 3 floors with enough space for a relaxing and restful holiday.
On the ground floor, a hallway with wardrobe and large mirror leads you into the living area. In the spacious living room there is a sideboard, a large dining table with 10 chairs and a comfortably furnished seating area with a corner couch, a small table and a flat screen TV with satellite reception. The couch converts into a bed in the blink of an eye - so up to 12 people can be accommodated.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dining area. There is a guest WC on the ground floor.
Via a staircase you reach the attic with a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC as well as 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The underfloor heating is very pleasant.
You are welcome to use the sun loungers for sunbathing while the children play in the garden. If you are not relaxing on the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and a charcoal grill, then simply enjoy the view of Lake Fleesensee from the balcony. All windows have blinds and fly screens. Beds and high chairs are available for babies.
Two bicycles are available for short trips. You can park your car free of charge on the property under the carport.

Great location but...

We spent 2 weeks at House Squirrel 1. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The location is okay, the house is spacious.

Very beautiful holiday property

We were there in the summer of 2014 and felt very comfortable. The holiday home is very nice, clean, and well furnished. The only thing we missed was a washing machine. It would be great if it were still available. It was nice that bicycles are available on site for free. The carport for the car and the lake within walking distance of the house were also nice. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the property and could walk around freely without any problems. However, there are no swimming opportunities with a dog on site. There is a lot to do for children and adults. Boat tours, bike tours, take-away go-karts for longer periods of time at a great price, the monkey forest, summer toboggan run, and much more. We will definitely come back at some point. Vacation to recommend!!!

free time activities: Vieles was man dort erleben kann, siehe Bewertung.

shopping facilities: Man muss ein Stück fahren, ohne Auto gehts eher nicht.

Very nice weekend at Fleesensee despite the rain all thanks to the squirrel.

A well-equipped holiday home with everything you need. Especially for us as a larger group, it was fantastic. Then the immediate proximity to the lake and the view from the various balconies. Very nice! Even though it rained for us, we could find plenty of alternatives to water sports in the nearby area. Highly recommended!

Vicinity of the holiday home: liegt sehr schön am Waldrand, ganz in der Nähe des Sees (80-100m)

free time activities: Auch top - golfressort, sqash, Schwimmbad haben wir besucht, war super.

A wonderful spot on Earth

We spent a short vacation with our extended family in the holiday home Eichhörnchen. The facilities were top-notch. Everything was well thought out for children (although a proper potty would have been nice). The apartment (House I) was beautifully decorated, stylish, and spacious. In the evenings, it was nice to sit by the fireplace and unwind. The faulty stove was promptly repaired. Almost all kitchen utensils were available. My dad only missed a bread slicer, I didn't find it so dramatic ;O)

free time activities: In der Nähe ist ein Badesee und ein schönes Spielplatz. Alle weiteren Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind 10 bis 25km entfernt.

shopping facilities: Ein Bäcker kommt jeden Tag ins Dorf, allerdings ist Malchow nur 10km entfernt. Dort gibt es nahezu alles.
