Renovated with great attention to detail, newly and cosily furnished flat "Dünensand" is located very close to the Ostland naturist or textile bathing beach and is easily accessible via the small path through the dunes. The unique location impresses with its wonderful peace and space. From the dining table or from the comfortable relax chairs you have a wonderful, unique view of the pasture, the animals (pheasant, deer, rabbits, sometimes goats or Galloway cattle) and the skyline of Borkum. A beautiful, modern fitted kitchen with oven and dishwasher is available. There is also a spacious bathroom with window. A 1.80 m wide box spring bed with high-quality, separate mattresses ensures a high level of comfort.
The spacious sun terrace (incl. parasol, table, chairs and loungers) invites you to have breakfast, sunbathe etc. on warm days. A view of the sunset is included. We offer a car park. Your bicycles can be stored.
A new fireplace and barbecue facilities in the shared garden invite you in the evening to a nice round with the neighbours / guests at sunset to let the holiday day end.

Cancellation terms:

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: You can get documents online or at any travel agency. If you do not take out cancellation insurance and are unable to come, you are welcome to provide a subtenant who will take over your rental contract. Unfortunately, re-letting through the Borkum Tourist Information involves agency fees, which we would have to charge you. Similarly, if we are unable to re-let, we will unfortunately have to charge you 90% of the total cost. If the property is re-let, we will inform you immediately, and only then can you be released from the rental agreement you have made with us. If you leave early, the rent will not be refunded. Cancellation due to Corona will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
