Holiday flat "am-edersee" The modern 61 m² flat is fully furnished for 2 - 4 people. It is located directly at the Edersee and the Kellerwald - Edersee National Park.
In the living area you will find a cosy sitting corner
(sleep function 1,74 m x 2,00 m) with DVD - player, Hifi with CD / MP3 and big dining table.
Bedroom with bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher.
Bathroom with shower bath and WC. The morning sun welcomes you on the 16m² balcony or outdoor seating area.
The scenic, magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the
of the national park high above the Edersee is unique.
Lawn for sunbathing, covered wine arbour with barbecue facilities and parking space in front of the house, children's playground with table tennis table in the immediate vicinity.
The flat is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, mini golf, water sports with boat rental, surfing and sailing school. For hygienic reasons no animals and smoking only on the balcony.

Everything fine
Beautiful, clean and cosy holiday flat with everything you need.
We were warmly welcomed by the nice hosts (or parents of the host)
Everything in the flat is exactly as described and in a really very neat and clean condition
Barbecue facilities in the garden are also highly recommended. Cosy outside and green or outside in the wine arbour
Super nice big balcony and a small covered balcony
Flat fully equipped with egg boiler, kettle, coffee maker, bread slicer etc
In the bathroom a hairdryer with attachment available
Very quiet location with wonderful panoramic view from the balcony
The nearest bathing opportunity at the Edersee is approx. 100m away
Perfect also for hikers through the adjacent national park
Kneipp facility, neat and tidy, about 3min walk away
Every morning (in the main season) the baker brings fresh rolls to the front door
Hosts very nice and helpful people

Perfectly satisfied
We had a great weekend at Lake Edersee. The weather wasn't great, but we didn't let that spoil our mood. The landlords were very accommodating and friendly. The vacation rental was perfect for a family of four.
